First time patron at this establishment. I had buffalo chicken tots and the cheese burger. Kitchen did great. Portions were generous for a lunch menu. Was served hot and ready to eat but the service was the most professional service I have had from a server in close to 15 years and thats saying something for the fact I eat out often. The keg is missing out.

Hello, I would like to say my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in London location was a great experience overall. We were seated by the host right away. She could of been a bit more enthusiastic. Our server, Emily was wonderful and took our orders quickly. She seemed very friendly and always checked up on us frequently. I enjoyed having her as our server. The shift supervisor or female boss interacted with me to make sure we were doing alright. I believe her name was Kim. Very outgoing and humourous and sweet at the same time. Her attitude definitely reflects on the great, comfortable laid back atmosphere she has created with here employees at Buffalo Wild Wings. ???Parking: Plenty of parking available. Easy location overall. ?

I always wanted to try this place but when i did i enjoyed the worst wings I've ever had, dry, cold, and like a rock .When I told the waiter about how cold the food was she just answered "am sorryyyyyyy" and never bothered to offer a fresh replacement.The chicken in the Cesar salad tasted weird and the texture was not normal chicken.Not going back again... sorry

Ordered takeout for my son's birthday as he requested. 4 x Wing combo's (with Fries). When i picked up the order it was on time and already bagged and tied - meaning if i wanted to check over my order to ensure accuracy, I'd have to rip the entire packaging apart. I decided to leave packaging intact and hope it was checked over as the hostess stated it was.Got home and was disappointed.1). We were missing 1 x order of french fries - crazy annoying since the full order came to just over $100.2). The wings were overcooked and severely dried out. Seriously to call yourselves a wing place and massively screw up the core competency you sell... wow. Dried up, over cooked, small wing with hardly any meat.I was embarrassed to " treat" my son to this for his birthday.

Just finished eating and I couldn’t wait to leave a review. Our server Lauren, was so attentive and kind to us. The food was prompt and delicious. 12/10 we will be back. Thank you to your staff for being such amazing humans. Went for dinner with my parents. It was our first time dining here. The wings were delish! Our Server Laura was wonderful, very attentive and kind. She had a great sense of humour as well, considering we were a giggly bunch.I would definitely return to try more wing flavours!

Plates left on empty tables.Service was almost non existent.4 people in our party, I was served, 10 minutes later they brought food out for my nephew...another 5 and my son got his wings...another 5 and my wife finally recieved her order...which was wrong.Son never recieved part of his order. Was still on the bill until we mentioned it.Bill was over 100 dollars for 4 people.

We enjoyed our food last Saturday night but did not enjoy how the food was brought to us. It was completely rude how the food was brought out to us. We like to eat together not one of us sit and watch the other eat. We like our salads at the beginning of our meal, not after eating the other food. Over the years we have been there many times where our salads were brought followed someone later by all our food not one dish and 10 minutes later another dish. We were there last spring with 3 others and one of our friends got his food after most of us had finished eating and again our food was brought to us in random order. never would we eat at your establishment with a group. It is bad enough with 2! I sincerely feel that you should rethink this very weird policy.

The 'Street Tacos' were made from a seasoning on the chicken that reminded me of paint thinner. The hamburger was good, it was a double and had a sauce that was so prolific it made the bun deteriorate, which made it difficult to eat. They have no Aeolian sauce for the sweet potato fries, but they supplied a southwest ranch that more than made up for it. I'm hoping for a better experience next time (as John Lennon might add:"it can't get much worse").

Food was A1 staff was very friendly and very helpful on describing the food at this location as this is my first visit and I will return in the near future and will recommend to everyone our server was Alicia she very helpful and kept checking in on us to make sure our food was good and drinks topped up..

Terrible service, half my order didn’t show up. Ordered 110 dollars worth of food. Called the store managers and was transferred on the phone back and forth because none of the employees have any competence or knowledge about what goes on in their restaurant. Zero professionalism, no resolution of issues, makes you repay for the food that you already paid for and that’s missing. No coupons no discounts, not even a sorry this happened. The store a manager Leanne admitted to THROWING our food out because she noticed it missing from our order….. instead of calling us to let us know, she decided to throw out perfectly good food. That’s terrible service if I’ve ever heard of. Absolutely never order from here. You will get terrible food and a migraine for an expensive cost. Jason is the district manager and he better figure this out because your managers have no idea what they’re doing.

We had a few issues but the manager comped our meal to make up for it.
