Business owner called me to cancel my order after they said they are fulfilling all orders. Continued to harass me over the phone, outright admit they are stealing my money, and that I am an awful person so I do not deserve their business. I requested they not speak to me in that tone and the owner continued to harass me over the phone, throwing a few final insults in before cancelling my order for my wedding in three weeks. Made sure to wish me poorly for my wedding. I get they are closing a business, but calling up and threatening people and saying nasty things as an individual is not good for you reputation.

I ordered a cake and paid nearly $100. On the day of, I went to pick up the cake and upon arriving home, I realized there was a very clear and obvious smudge in the image in the centre of the cake. I am very disappointed. I would think that those making the cake or packaging would have obviously noticed this and did not care to fix it. The lack of attention to detail or lack of caring about a customer's order really disappoints me. Now granted, I was told I could go back to the bakery and have it fixed... however, I had already left work to pick up the order once and did not have the availability to do so again in the same day -- as the cake was needed for the same night. As a first time customer, I am very disappointed in this bakery... and for the price, I will not be returning.

I ordered a large cake and their system “glitched” and gave me a cheaper price. Not my problem. Days later after I had cancelled with another cake lady, Chad called me saying I had to pay more or take a smaller cake. I said no. But he continued to call me and harass me until I finally agreed to a smaller size which isn’t what I ordered and paid for. I didn’t have a big enough cake and some family didn’t get cake. They also complained it was dry and didn’t taste that great. Chad should have honoured the price on their website and what I paid for. Not my fault he can’t afford a proper website without glitches.

A friend of mine picked up cupcakes for my birthday and I have to say they were absolutely delicious. They were the best cupcakes I've ever had. We got 6 different ones and I can't even pick my favourite one because they were all wonderful. I am usually not a big fan of icing but it was super sweet and I loved all of them. Highly recommend to anyone!! My first time having something from them and will definitely not be my last! I would have posted a photo but I devoured them!

In the past we have been super happy with our treats from Chick Cake Boss. On the date of my baby shower I was sent an email saying I could pick up at 12pm. I had my friend go for around 1:30/2 and when she arrived for pick up she had to wait for 30 minutes. She was told they would call when it was ready but instead she finally called after 30 minutes and was told she could pick up. The cake itself was not what I expected. I wanted a simple design but was pretty disappointed with the results. None of the treats ordered were anything like the inspiration photos we sent. I was satisfied with the taste but other than that it was unfortunate that the overall look and aesthetic was not what we hoped for

What an incredible experience from start to finish! I, on the recommendation of someone, ordered a cake from Chick Boss Cake for a coworker who was leaving the company. I provided very basic information, colour and a logo and what I received was MINDBLOWING! It was so far above and beyond my expectations. Every aspect of the transaction was easy and stress free. The quality of the product was exceptional and had an entire office of people in the best sugar coma of their lives! What a treat. Visually stunning and so so tasty. Can't recommend this company enough. Communication from start to finish was great. This order was placed just two days before I needed it and it was no issue for the amazing cake artists at this shop! So impressed. All around 10 stars!

Delicious cake, a piece of art! Easy to order. They were out of the pre-made message I wanted, so they made it in marzipan. Chardonnay theme was also created. All of my guests oooed and awwed over this gorgeous cake. Star of the party!

My son has a peanut/nut allergy, and i was able to order from here (of course knowing that it is not a nut free kitchen, but that they would take precautions as they could)Cake was beautiful!
