Usual I get my fill of toppings but when I got my bowl today they put the least amount of steak and guac I’ve ever seen and to pay almost $18 for what I got was not worth it at all. Hopefully this will be changed and I won’t have this problem again.

Found a BLADE in my food at this location, bit down on something hard and pulled this out of my mouth. Forever ruined chipotle for me. I reached out to chipotle Canada and was given a refund for the meal not sure if they did anything else to make sure this doesn’t happen again or worse where someone swallows it. Would definitely avoid this location not worth it.

The girl was extremely rude and when people infront of me asked her for a bit more rice as she did not put any she told them “2 scoops only” and this has been the first location I’ve seen deny toppings/rice on top of that the girl serving me was extremely rude and her and her coworker in her language said something not to nice about me for asking for a sauce on the side and gave me several dirty looks. sucks this is the only chipotle in London. This happens every single time and it seems as they do not care for costumer service. Everytime I go the servers remind me why I don’t want to be back.

The cashier working on March 7, 2024 at 3:30pm is extremely rude. She charged me for a tortilla and tried to cover it up by giving me a “free tortilla chips” (the tortilla is free because I used points). Additionally, I asked the worker for 2 scoops of Corn and she said that there would be an extra charge. Overall, the new staff are not good.

Our recent dinner experience at Chipotle left much to be desired. It seems their inconsistency issues extend beyond just their portion sizes. Firstly, the portion of meat served never seems to be consistent, making it feel like a gamble each time we visit.To add insult to injury, about two months ago, they implemented a charge for vinaigrette, which wouldn’t be so bad if they actually filled the ramekin more than a mere quarter and charged a reasonable price. Bringing attention to the minuscule portion only resulted in being charged double for a second one without any resolution to the initial concern.Upon receiving the bill, we discovered we were erroneously charged twice for guacamole. Bringing this to the attention of the cashier, we were met with further frustration as she prioritized serving other customers before addressing our issue. As our food grew colder by the minute, the resolution provided was not satisfactory either; we were refunded a mere fraction of the overcharge, with the excuse that “this is what the computer says,” despite the discrepancy being clear.Such lack of consistency and disregard for customer service is disappointing, to say the least. It’s disheartening when a simple dinner outing turns into a series of frustrations and disappointments. We hope Chipotle takes note and implements changes to improve both their service and consistency.*** Update: After sharing my feedback, I received a standard message from Chipotle’s customer service team, encouraging me to reach out via a provided link. Unfortunately, clicking the link directed me to an internal review form I had already completed, with no response received. Understandably, I won’t be engaging in this process again. It’s disheartening to perceive a lack of genuine follow-up in customer care. It seems their responses may be more about appearance than authentic concern for their customers’ experiences!***

My recent experience was very disappointing and I won’t be back. The portions are always inconsistent. I watched some customers in front of me recieve a large portion of protein while others did not. My daughter barley had enough protein for one of her wraps. When I asked for more I was told no and ended up paying extra so my daughter could have a decent portion. You shouldn’t leave hunger after spending over $30 for 2 meals.

They somehow mess up my order everytime. Convinced the workers in there are playing Papas taco Mia in there, because how to mess up everytime. They always forget things on my bowl and add random things. And once I get tired of refunding for door dash credits I go in to order but, the workers are rude when I do.
