The residents at our LTC home choose Chuck’s Roadhouse for their Dine-In meal this month. I always worry a bit as it can be difficult for restaurants to process large orders like these, however, right off the bat I was politely greeted by the manager (Lamine) who made the whole process stress free and efficient. Our residents couldn’t be happier.Thanks to the Chuck’s Roadhouse team for exceeding my expectations, keep up the great work.

I'm usually a generour rater. Burger was good, but sure not the cheap deal it used to be. That 3% never helped I guess. Honestly look at those toppings. Smallest tomatoe I have ever seen. I'd much rather pay the extra dollar and goto South Street Burger where you get toppings.

This is one of my go to places to eat....I love there fish and chips....2 very big pieces for fish with fries and a beer to wash it all down....the staff are always polite and very courteous.....great place to have a get together as well....

Server took my takeout order and then forgot I was there. I waited 30 minutes before I had to walk up to another server for my order. I ordered during a period where there was no line to be seated and it was not full. The food is good for the price though.

Absolutely terrible experience.Went in with a friend for a beer and to grab some food. We each ordered a bacon cheeseburger with a pitcher to split. 30 minutes goes by, as does the server 6 times with zero communication. This would be understandable had he more than three other tables to take care of. We couldn’t help but notice the female patrons being well looked after…Our food shows up with one of the hosts and we laugh at how over done the bacon is. One bite into the burger and it’s easy to understand why it took 30 minutes, that’s how long the patty had been sitting on the grill. Flash forward another fifteen minutes while there are two burgers, buns flipped at the edge of the table with only a bite out…our waiter exists! We express our dissatisfaction and wait another 20 minutes for the bill. Only when the server saw his single cent tip did he offer any form of apology.I was embarrassed that I suggested to my friend that we even step foot into this establishment. Honestly, had the waiter taken a moment longer to acknowledge any of our concerns, we would have walked out without paying.I don’t know whether it’s poor training or willing ignorance, but whatever the issue, it’s reflecting poorly on your business.

Best chuck's I've been too. Staff is friendly and efficient. Food is always great and prices are fair and reasonable. My only complaint is atmosphere with how loud it is and lack of lighting in the dining room i like to both be able to read the menu and see my food.

Food and drinks were good. service was bad. I just had 2 drinks and one appetizer(after 9pm). I got a bill for 30$ and i added a 5$ tip. But my bill was only 18$. Later he told me i was charged extra and reimbursed me but this time he made his tip 10$ and repayed me only 7. In a hurry to get home, I didn’t check.His name is JAGJEET. I Have attached the bill along with this review. Taking advantage of intoxicated customers is inexcusable. How many times this guy might have scammed customers. I’ve heard stories that the servers ask customers to pay more tips on the way out. But resorting to suck measures is unacceptable . Rightful authorities please take necessary action because people come here with trust for relaxation and leisure. Don't let such people taint the dignity of work and services provided.

Out of all the Chuck’s in London, this is by far the best one. The steaks are always cooked perfect. The wings are always good. I would drive from Byron to this location instead of going to the one on Wonderland simply because the portion sizes are better. The service is usually very good however, I only gave four stars for service because the last time I was there, she spent a little too much time in the booth playing on her phone and making us stand at the please be seated spot then I would’ve liked considering the restaurant was otherwise very empty.
