I really couldn’t recommend this place enough to anyone. This is one of the best pizza places i’ve had in London Ontario in a very long time. The employees were very kind to me and the food was quick for how busy it was. I will be coming back, I can’t get enough 5/5

Placed my order online with the instructions to pick up in 15-20 mins. Show up 20 mins after ordering and the pizza wasn’t even started to be made. 1 star for lack of respect for your customers time.My very first order with Citos not the best first impression.

Absolutely fantastic!I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The food is amazing. Always tastes delicious, perfectly cooked. Just amazing.I have ordered through their website probably hundreds of times, and the order is almost always perfect. The one time that I have had an order show up wrong, they immediately apologized, sent the correct pizza over ASAP, and also threw in a small pizza for free as an apology for the mix up. The pizzas were both fresh, correct to what I originally ordered, and just absolutely delicious.If I wasn’t already a repeat customer, I would have instantly become one.If you are looking for a new local pizza place to support, I would 100% recommend Cito’s
