Vanessa D was our server.We were crunched for time as we were at a dance competition at Centennial Hall.She assured us she would do what she could but there was no guarantee because it was so busy but kept very positive.She was running off her feet but was smiling and sweet the entire time of visit.Our meal literally was out in 15 minutes.Vanessa was a delight and we definitely will be back to THIS location when in town again.Thank you for having her as a server.Renee, Erin, Jamey and Jayla (the dancer).

Food is always delicious, almost always get the Parmesan and pepper wings, servers are fast and polite, usually not busy when we go at lunch time, clean and friendly atmosphere.

The kitchen didn't add the sauce to my burger, they added some after I asked but tried to charge me $3 for it when I recieved the bill. The servers didn't give me cutlery to eat with and when I ordered a rum and coke with a slice of lime, it didn't come with lime or ice so I had to ask them again for what I had ordered originally. I got fries with my burger and didn't pay any attention to me when she walked by me and I said loud enough for her to hear " Excuse me miss". She looked at me and carried in walking. The other server seemed to be cleaning every mess that my server was making with 90% of the tables she was tending to. It was disappointing because other than that everything was great but that many mistakes and level of rudeness when your career is all about the customer experience.

Service was a bit slow for a Thursday at 12:30pm, despite the restaurant being fairly empty, but otherwise great! I've been other days at the same time and service was great - I think it was just an off day for them!
We had a lovely dinner tonight. In town for a conference and Shelby as our server. She was lovely and made the experience memorable.

Decent service and typical crabby joes food you'd get at any other location which is why I visited. Atmosphere could use some work, TVs were just playing infomercial and no music was heard the entire time.

We visited this location on the family day eve expecting it would be slow but the place was packed. The food we ordered were good and i felt the wings were a bit hard and dry. The fish and chips were good except the fries were a bit too fried and the steak was delicious. Our order took almost an hour to get served after placing it. The servers were too busy and i think they did not had enough people for a busy night. Overall a nice ambience and a good experience. We enjoyed at this place
