Our server Katie was attentive, knowledgeable and checked in frequently. Fish and chips were so good. Great music. Good vibe. Will return.

Great service and food experienced in previous visits however today was terrible. Despite having a 1:30pm reservation for 20 people, we didn't get our table until 2:15pm and first beer at 3pm. Food arrived an hour later. Zero apologies. Unsure if this was a case of not enough staff or just hiring staff that have never served before....

I ordered the Nashville Chicken Sandwich with onion rings and OMG was it ever flavourful! Also had the Orchard Sangria...very refreshing, not too sweet, just how I like it. The Sticky Toffee Pudding is to die for... only thing I would change about it is maybe a little less ice cream and more whipped cream ☺️

We loved visiting this little pub right in our own backyard! Great little spot with friendly staff, good service and a variety of menu options to choose from and the portions were generous! We got the mile high meat loaf and the tofu stir fry and they were both very tasty.

I would not recommend the fish and chips, gave me and my daughter an upset stomach, I would go there for the drinks more than the food, service was great ?

I have ordered from this restaurant previously and the food was good. My partner ordered from here today on DoorDash for Valentine's Day because we couldn't be together. The order was cancelled unexpectedly with no reason after waiting almost an hour for delivery. We ordered again and the order wasn't cancelled until the driver arrived at the restaurant. Absolutely unacceptable, we waited 2 hours for food. If you can't make food orders, then mark your restaurant as unavailable. Do not cancel the order after your customer has been waiting hours. Really disappointed.

Dined in today for the second time (we have had their takeout before and it's excellent ). I was here earlier last fall with my cousin and dined in, and although the food and service was excellent, the restaurant was very cold, uncomfortably so. We kept our fall coats on while we ate. Unfortunately I forgot about that, and a friend and I went there for lunch today, on one of the coldest days of the year. Crossings was definitely NOT the place to go on a bitter cold day. There was no warmth to be found in that restaurant (besides the lovely waitress and wonderful food). Unfortunately the decor, the excellent service, and great food (we had the chicken flatbread and the wings):were all overshadowed by how uncomfortably cold the restaurant was. We sat beside a small space heater (picture taking a little portable space heater to an arena), and it was highly ineffective. We did not remove our coats. C'mon people...you have a great restaurant here but the experience is overshadowed by inadequate heating. Turn up the thermostat, get some effective heaters, or a new furnace and duct work...whatever it takes to give your diners a warm and enjoyable experience to go with the rest of the package. Not sure if I will go back, but if I make another attempt, I will immediately turn around and leave if I don't feel warmth emanating as soon as I enter. There are too many good restaurants in London to spend my money here if you aren't going to spend the money to at least make me somewhat comfortable while I dine.
