DQ is my spot for soft-serve ice cream.First time trying their Caramel Chocolate Brownie. It’s definitely a sugar overload, but worth it.

I was ordering for my kids the cashier had no customer service with rude attitude and the girl who was making the order was even worst than the cashier and give us the dirtiest look when my daughter changed her order. This whole team needs to be trained for better behaviour including the manager. Not to forget they forgot to give us one of the ice cream (cone covered with chocolate) that we ordered, then she asked are you waiting for something? I said yes we are missing one cone! Everything we ordered was horrible, we will never come back here. October 28th Saturday at around 5pm-6pm

I love collecting points at Dairy Queen but apparently their machine is down…so if your machine is down to scan for points why don’t you get a replacement?

Today July 14/2023Close to closing time I ordered a small vanilla dipped cone. Wanted to pay cash and girl said we're not talking cash anymore. I said why not isn't it legal tender? Then another girl says I just counted the cash. I said I don't care it shouldn't matter. She then slammed the cash register when walking by. I called her on it and paid with debit. Poor customer service. Get a different job if you can't add.. No longer a customer at this location. :(

The staff doesn’t know how to talk with the courier drivers. They just only know how to shout and harass people infront of others. I’ll be taking am action against them

We got 2 banana splits and in 1 of them, there was a hair. I told the staff in the DQ, there is a hair and she said you ate half of it and now saying there is a hair here. Well I started eating that from the side so how could I see the hair especially when it was in the middle of that. Never saw this behavior. Won't recommend this branch at all especially with unprofessional behavior from the staff.
