Very bad customer service. I went by this store to buy tea . The guy prepared the order. I gave him cash , and he refused to take cash and said they accept credit only . I didn't get my order because they don't accept cash . No sign that they don't accept cash

Service is terrible! Asked for white tea. Took out 3 cans so I asked which one was the best.They didn’t know. Went to pay and the ignorant man behind the counter said just so you know, we are cashless. I found them very, very ignorant. This is the Masonville, David Tea. London, Ontario

I have been very disappointed in the Advent Tea Calendar. The teas are all the same, not much variety and the quality is very low and the quantity is limited. Don’t buy this product it is a waste of money.

The products itself amazing..best tea collection. However, their customer service is not good at all. When i ask for some varieties to check, the person working there seems to be annoyed..it wad not even busy hours, i was the only customer there. I did not feel welcome to see some varieties and ended up buying some green tea that is new to me and i am no big fan of green tea. .I think their sell persons in the store need proper training..

The product itself is fantastic. However, when purchasing from my local grocery store I find the packaging is incredibly lacking. Every tea bag in the package is ripped and from this point it's just easier to dump the tea bag into my distiller. I understand I can buy loose leaf tea but that's not what I purchased. Please contact me and I can change the review... I do have images.

Product is excellent, however as a premium product, premium service should follow. The last two visits were less than desirable. It seems as though this location no longer provides the tin canisters for tea purchases. Further, we were looking at a sale item only to be told the sale was no longer active. It is an odd practice for a store to remove the sales stickers that late into the day and employee would not honour the sale price on the sticker that was still on the product packaging. Buyer beware and check your stickers before purchasing. Will stick to the website as it was also drawn out process to redeem my free bag of tea which I gave up on with no argument from the employee to help.
I went yesterday to buy some tea. My amount was a bit less than $20. I wanted to pay cash. I could not. I told them that their internal policies cannot supersede the laws of land. I was told to leave by a rude employee. This is how DavidsTea is losing a customer. I will never buy anything from them anymore.

Went purchase tea for only six dollars and went to pay with cash. I was told I couldn't pay with currency, that I had to use debit or credit card. No where in the store is this posted and we are post pandemic so the store should go back to take cash again. I'll think twice before going to the store again.

DAVIDsTEA is a nice treat but it is expensive. Many varieties and flavours. Forever Nuts (Hot) and Frozen Raspberry (Cold) are personal favourites. I believe Mom's Apple Pie was discontinued. Being a Frequent Steeper rewards member offers benefits and it is free to join. The advent calendars at Christmas are neat and allow you to try different teas. Staff is very knowledgeable and engaging!

I was coming in to do refill on my tea collection and an employee named Nick was so friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to make sure I was getting the best possible deals, giving me tea recommendations, and wrapping up the sale a little past closing. I so appreciate how much they cared about my shopping experience. Next time I'll definitely be coming in much before closing when I know I'll be buying a lot. Thank you so much!!
