Ordered for delivery I live on Richmond myself 2km down the road driver left the store to deliver to me and after 20 min of driving around and back to the store he drives to the other side of town and just sits there for 10 min before marking my food as delivered. Screw this I am going back to Pizza Pizza..

Speed is good, taste is great, but otherwise this location is subpar. I like to pay with cash but their staff always roll their eyes, their cash box is always locked, and when they finally find the key after the supervisor searches for 15 minutes, it's full of only quarters and they ask if it's okay to not give me adequate change (it's not okay, thanks). The odd time I've ordered delivery, I've selected that I'll pay cash, and the delivery person stares blankly because they never come prepared for that. They also frequently forget to include the dips you've ordered.

This location is the best. They're super fast getting my delivery to me every single time, without fail. Always between 20-30 minutes. They are so fast that I need to let my pizza cool off when it arrives.
My nieces are happy, that makes me a HAPPY customer. Thank you for delivering the pizza & lava crunch cakes swiftly, not taking off points for the broken lava crunch cakes as the kids are smiling!

Always pay regular price but recieved a flyer which advertises "Any Size 2-Topping Pizza" for $11.99. Cool, order an XL and they say "Nope, Large in the biggest their system will allow". I understand the deal may have come from head office, but the right move is to honor the deal (it's like, what, a $1 difference?) and then get HQ to refund you the balance later. Needless to say, I didn't order here, terrible experience and won't be returning.
