Love subs here , taste so great. Well made and good environment. Only problem I have is ordering to pick up. I have ordered 2x now and when I pick up there are onions on my sub after I have asked to have them removed. The recept on top of bag says no onions and still has onions. Minor annoyance but still more attention to details would be good as I really dislike onions.

Ordering online never works even when the store is open. Uber charges $4 minimum more for a large sub than they do on their own

It's way more than just a sub place, it's a next level sub, hoagie, sandwich... Starting to pop more in Ontario, but nice to hit when see one. I got a promo special, pepperoni meatball Sub with provolone which was pretty damn good!!!

This place used to be my go to but unfortunately the workers and supervisor just don't care enough to make it right, there used to be a manager who was very great with everyone, cared about communication, and giving his all for each person's experience, its unfortunate i dont see him anymore, i remember he would say hi first thing when i stepped in, even tell his employees to always help customers with anything but the last couple of times I went there, there were constant mistakes, long waits, im told theres an item and then told at the end its not available at the end, diet pops dont work in the machine. The last issue was with a worker named Scott who discriminates, i went there and he didnt care to ask me if i wanted a pickle, the kind of bread, or very hostile and impatient meanwhile a customer came in after and Scott all of a sudden became all cheerful this location is not ideal if a customer is not the same color as Scott, by far the worse experience, my go to location now is highbury where they appreciate their customers. I don't understand how someone can be a supervisor and be so miserable, when he should appreciate i purchased items and kept him employed. Anyways a new team and supervisor is needed, I can't tolerate people who treat others unfair when the customers are your support system.

The best sub sandwiches in London. The sandwiches are made to your exact tastes, are fresh, full of your choices of toppings and taste amazing. Staff are friendly and helpful, very highly recommended.

4 staff on shift, the girl who took our order had hair everywhere (not at all neat or kept in her hat) and the tall guy with glasses and long hair kept talking about a bad review they got and how horrible the customer was. They forgot about my drink and made my sub so soggy that the bread was dripping and nearly impossible to eat. The other guy on shift loudly talked about how dirty the bathroom was, how he needed to throw away the cloth used to clean and then barely washed his hands. The other girl on shift actually did her job. Horrible experience.

Wednesday November 15th 3:00pmVery disappointed we were very patient while we waited for the 1 employee to help the customer ahead of us but when he was done he completely ignored us like we were not even there. NO just give me a minute, NO I’ll be right with you, Not even a HI how are u, or a HI nothing just completely ignored so just walked out after 5 minutes of silence completely ignorant

Watched the girl who prepped my food cough without covering her mouth. Wipe her nose on the back of her hand and try to stifle her cough while I was watching her. No gloves, gross. No mask while you're coughing on open food, even more gross. Told them to keep their sub I would go somewhere else. All this while in uniform. Won't be back.

Beef n Brisket tonight was lacking in bbq sauce, the lady who made it skimped on it. Although when I went in, there was a staff member mopping and cleaning who was very courteous and nice and polite while the others were very much mundane. He greeted us and asked how we are doing etc. Said his name was Ubaedallah or something along the lines. Great job young man!

My son took me to this location for a late night sub. Absolutely amazing. The food and service were excellent! Love ❤️ the atmosphere. Feels like your at the fire station. I can definitely see why it's one of my sons favorite. ? love the round up feature to support community First Responders/EMS Well done!

I love Firehouse subs, but please fix your online ordering system and also accept more methods of payment. So many times I've tried to order online only for the system to not work, not accept my debit card for some unknown reason, or the store didn't receive the order even though it did successfully process online one time. This is super frustrating. I like to order online because it takes some time for them to make your order if you're waiting, which is understandable because good food should not be "fast" food and I can definitely appreciate that. But please fix your online ordering.

I thought I would finally try a sub from firehouse tonight and when I got it I was really disappointed...first of all the sub was soggy throughtout with 4 times the amount of meat on one side than the other and on both sides the meat was far away from the ends so basically a pile of meat on half of half of the sub...the pickle also looked as if there was a bite taken out of it! Due to all this the experience was terrible, didn't even taste good...I got the Italian sub if anyone cares...will not be going again and will make sure to tell others I know aswell...soooo disappointing because I had high hopes

Staff are spectacular with the exception of the GM...food is great but the A/C is broken and its death hot in there just standing in line. I couldnt imagine having to work in there all summer :(
