I'd say close to Quiznos, but my tab came to $22 for a footlong combo which I'm guessing is likely on the highest end for price!.

Better than other sub brands till date so far. Great atmosphere and help-full people and are very generous in making choices along with greeting with smile. Affordable-meals with great taste and mouth watering signature sauces makes a meal perfect. Must visit.

Staff are ok. But my order was wrong first time. Then the replacement came cooked but the meat was cold. First and last visit. Good news is Subway is just up the street.

These franchise is going down hill big time customer service very bad workers are not sanitary should be change gloves when making new foods overall food has gone down hill big timeThe manger there would not stop harassing me on making me a new sub I said no thank but I kept getting annoyed when there manger was like begging me to give me some kind of card or refunding my money I said no thank you but kept being annoying I finally told her give a gift card to a homeless person and make sure that the sub is hot for them I will never step foot in that place again very poor andannoying customer serviceI very highly doubt that the manger would give a gift card or a free sub to homeless person as I requested no wonder why the store is so dead with no customers there manger probably nags the customers out of the store

Amazing subs! Definitely sold me the brisket and hook and ladder were amazing the subs were huge! The ladies were super nice and being welcomed as you walk in was neat

They are more expensive than Subway, but definitely a worthwhile investment to more than just satisfy your hunger. Won't be going back to Subway after trying these subs...

Came in at 1:25 pm. Waited 25 minutes to receive two subs. Six customers waiting behind us. Three staff members, one brand new, not knowing what to do. One on phone for 15 minutes. No urgency in staff movement. Taking order more important than filling them. Brisket sub was not warm, no pickles added to either sub. Taste was acceptable but not a good experience.

The wait time today was unacceptable. No consideration to fore warn if us of standing inline for 27 minutes. We have knee injuries Understaffed! Looks like they prioritized online orders and answering phones before the walk-ins.
Good size and loaded sub...take out as COVID restrictions are in place. The place was busy so best to order ahead and pick up!

The first time I went in the Firehouse Subs I was impressed with the fact that the contribute to local EMS services. I was more impressed with the subs and soups they serve! They are the best subs I ever had they beat Subway hands down I also purchase their barbecue sauce and loved it!
