They recently removed hand baskets, which is incredibly frustrating. Produce quality feels like it has gone down a bit over the last few months. Used to be my go-to store, the lack of shopping baskets and drops in quality has me going elsewhere.

I shop here and the pricing along with food options are great. I had purchased vegetarian burgers that I discovered were expired; management (Tom and Breanna) resolved that professionally.

Store very busy. 1130 today. I have no interest in using self checkout so was lucky enough to be 7th in line for the only one cashier on duty at that time. Only took 20 minutes of my life that I won't get back

The cashier's are amazing. So friendly and cheerful. They deserve a raise or at bonus.
What a disgusting store. Rotten produce on the counter. Mold growing on the oranges. Empty shelves. Product sitting is filthy floor. Expired dairy in the coolers. Rude staff. Walked by the potato’s ? what a stench.Don’t understand how this place stays open and the health unit allows it.Will never return and will make sure everyone I know hears how bad this place is.

It carries a variety of different international food items. Usually well stocked but they lacked variety in the fresh meat department. They carry a huge variety of frozen meats if you're into that though. When they have a sale it's great but you need to know your prices. They don't price match though...their downfall.

Its okay. There's better stores in London to shop at. Produce was quite disgusting when I went there, fruit were moldy, bananas over Ripe, fruit flies all over the produce. Shelves pretty bare (for some reason they don't restock during the day... which I don't understand as all grocery stores do it). Yes, they have good deals in thier flyer, but if you can avoid shopping there. Use thier flyer to price match at another store and get better quality.
