I came in with my girlfriend to grab a pickup and clearly got the c-team. As she said her name and tried to pickup the order placed at the time it was supposedly done she was then blatantly insulted by the ponytail at the counter and we had to wait the full cook time again while the staff was fraternizing behind the counter while we waited and laughing at us in another language. Then had our dip squished into the middle of the pizza with a fake smile cause hence why I’m here. Overpriced. Poorly staffed. And belligerent. One thing too a pony tail and no hairnets. ?Kid-friendliness: Don’t bring your kids ?

It’s been almost a year and have been buying pizza from there. Most of the time they screwed up pizza but this time enough is enoughI ordered just small pizza with two toppings and it wasn’t busy only may be 2 online orders and she told me it will take 20 minutes so I said it’s ok after 25 minutes I told her where is my pizza and she said oh it’s not done yet I forgot to make really!!!!!! Then I wanted to cancel my order but she denied me and said it will take 10 minutes and I was really frustratedWell you should have to stick your word and those who can relate completely avoid this hilarious place to go and try near wharncliffe pizza stores please

I have always loved Gino's Pizza. The food is exactly what you want and expect, in fact, they always go further than any expectations. Just last night I had one of their Panzerotti's and I swear I can still smell the delicious aroma from it!! Highly recommend!!
Ordered a large Hawaiian Pizza, got there to pick it up and they didn't prepare it. No explanation, no apology. Just a blank stare.

Your employees are extremely lazy. One of the dudes was in front of us eating and just ignored us and didn't take our order. That was at 7:50 P.M. So rude!

This is now my favourite pizza place mainly because of their location (100m from my home). Not only this, but the employees are polite, they've never messed up my order (so far), and they are very quick and organized. I still remember the very first time ordering a pizza and how much i was in Awe with their pizza crust. Like literally impressed. Before, I'd never really put much thought into it, but when it comes to how their pizza dough tastes, it puts their pizzas into a league of their own.
