LOVE Gong Cha but this location is notorious for forgetting to add toppings you paid for. This is the THIRD time I asked and paid for tapioca and the order comes to me with NO toppings.

The young lady that served us today was so sweet! Being a new customer it was nice that she didn't have issues explaining what each drink is made of or with. Peach green tea is what I got and I really enjoyed it! Felt for the her tho as the heat wasn't working in the store.

This Gong Cha sits in the heart of downtown London along Richmond St known for its great eats.The drinks are great and made with quality ingredients. Because the toppings are so flavorful, I recommend having less sugar as the option. The coffee jelly is a stand out.Milk teas, regular teas, smoothies and slushies are all excellent. They do not dilute it with filler or ice, and so the flavor is strong.There are hardly any seats and so it isn't a place to sit down and enjoy. Rather it's for folks to drop in and take out a treat.Parking is a bit tricky during events and you are better off parking nearby and walking. Otherwise, on a lazy weekend, it is devoid of crowds.
