Has to be the worst Chinese food in London.Ordered a general Tao and white rice. I got disgusting chicken balls in sweet and sour sauce very small portion, price was different from the menu. Paid 18$ without tip for one dish and white rice. Ordered for pickup half hour before closing, order not ready when i arrived 25 min later to pick up. Service was not very great. Never ever again and this place has been there forever.

I used to like coming here for quick takeout, their service has always been fast for me. But the quality and portions have gone down, I asked for chicken balls instead of ribs in my single combo, they told me it would cost extra, but I didn’t think one dinner would jump from originally $12 to $18 with tax. I didn’t think the chicken balls cost that much more than the ribs. The chicken balls were big and hot. But the chow mein and rice taste bland and watered down. I wasn’t happy with the quality but will try one more time in the future

I have been eating here since I was a child many years ago. Always a favorite. My go to for Chinese food. I always order something different to mix it up as it's all good food. However, they recently went to the meatless wonton, they are not as good as the ones before, now its just deep fried batter, no where near as good as with meat. But everything else is great. I recommend it always.

Don't let their tiny store front fool you. Great Wall made me some of the very best chinese food perhaps that I've ever had.Chicken balls were standard, well cooked and tasty. The Cantonese chow mein was a pot pourri of flavours with a base layer of simple noodles the way I like.Highly recommend the house rice. Full of meats and shrimp and bean sprouts.Everything was delicious. We will be back.

40 years I have dealt here. Always make allowance for busy times. Our last 3 orders have been heading south. Today I could not get through on the phone. I gave benefit of doubt that there phone was screwed. Physically went. 20 minutes to place my order. Order taker person walked away 3 times without any acknowledgement of my presence. 45 minute wait for my order. While I was there phone ringing like crazy and totally ignored. Was my go to comfort food place. Never again .... at least treat me well ... not as an inconvenience

This place use to be okay especially the dinner for 2 but the last 3 times I got it iv never had less flavourful beef and more battered chicken balls with very little chicken in it was actually crazy and this wasn't one time mistake it was 3 times over months when I teryed to give it one more chance never again such a disappointment because this place use to be good.

Found Staples in a couple dishes that we ordered! Didn't notice them until the first bite then we checked the rest of the food and found a couple more. Don't know why they would keep staples near the food while preparing dishes. Please do better by having a clean, organized kitchen and checking food before serving, we didn't feel comfortable eating the food after finding the staples.
