Best spicy margs in London. Great food as well

Delicious food, friendly staff, great atmosphere! My partner and I shared 4 small plates between the two of us, with a dozen oysters as well. Sundays are half price oysters! My favourite dish was the duck dumplings - they were topped with fermented beans, which were absolutely amazingly tasty. We also got the doubles, which were unique and had a nice spice, KFC which went lovely with the pickle toppings, and the merguez sausage dish- in which every bite reminded me of summer. Their cocktails are lovely as well. I highly recommend for those who enjoy a tappas style meal - it felt similar to several course dining, and the dishes were spaced out very well.

I was recommended this place by a customer at my bar in Toronto and this did not disappoint!! Ali’s paper planes are A1, not to mention hers and Aynslee’s service was top tier!! Next time I’m back in London, I’ll be sure to try the food because every plate that came out looked divine!! Thank you guys for an awesome experience!

This is hands down one of my favourite restaurants in London and if you haven’t tried it you really need to. Small quaint place with a tapas sharing style menu that changes (some of the staples stay but things come off and on the menu) which is great because you can get a different experience each time you come. The cocktails are incredible, the staff is very creative with their cocktail menu and certain times of the year they have seasonal cocktails which are made by the staff (I believe they have a competition and the winners make the menu!) I have to give a shout out to Jake who I believe is the manager, he is always so friendly, really really knows his cocktails, and definitely knows what customer service should be. Also Olivia the cocktail master at the bar is just a lovely person and creates and makes some of the best cocktails around. We love to sit at the bar and absorb the knowledge from her. If the owners are reading this just know that all the staff and especially Jake and Olivia have always made our visits so memorable. We will be back again soon! Pro tip: if you can have a date night on Tuesday, they have an amazing date night special!

Came alone while visiting London, gorgeous little bar, intimate setting, very friendly staff who made my drink exactly as requested. The recommended specials were great, shrimp tacos and duck dumplings. The tacos were excellent, paired with a mezcalita made it feel like I was back on the beaches of Mexico despite being in Canada's (admittedly mild this year) winter. The duck dumplings were delicious, but it was mixed with pork and veggies, and to be honest it was not very exciting. The pork and other spices really stole the show, couldn't tell there was any duck in it.Will be visiting again next time I'm in town!If you have a date night, celebration, or just want to try something new and hip with a fresh flavor, I would recommend checking it out!*Parking was a bit difficult, had to drive around the block a bit, but worth the 2 to 3 minutes it took*

Service seemed to be lacking on a Tuesday night. We met with friends for drinks and nibblies. It didn’t seem to be super busy but it was over half an hour to get our drinks. The staff seemed unfamiliar with the spirit selection as we asked for Tanqueray 10 or Tanqueray for martinis which they said they were out of. It appears they don’t stock it and the best they could suggest was Gordon’s until I asked if they had Bombay Sapphire. The staff seemed to be trying hard and were friendly. The food was good but they managed to mess up the bill as it was “date night” (which was not explained before we started) and they split the bill with our friends who did not have anything to eat so that had to be redone. They have a limited wine list and the food options although nice are limited as well. Won’t be returning any time soon. After looking at our bill we were charged the Date Night price but what we ordered equalled less than the $80. Now we have to go back and sort that out. Very unsatisfactory and disappointing.

Brought a date here and enjoyed the food. Got two mocktails. Got the spicy Pineapple-Mango (7.4/10). Don't think it needed spice. Tried the other Mocktail which had egg whites in it (7.4/10). We tried the oysters (7.9/10). It was mine and her first oyster experience and I couldn't compare, but I'd get oysters again. We finished with the souvide steak with deep fried turnips and white bean pattee (8.3/10). Really good and we shared. Everything worked. $35 though....maybe worth it. I need to try the grilled cheese and Bone marrow next time. Maybe the vegan chocolate bar.

Overall the food was pretty decent. I liked the steak some others felt it was too salty, I would order it again. I heard the lasagna was too cheesy if there can be such a thing lol. The doubles weren't very authentic and were just okay. The cocktails were also good, more tequila cocktails would be nice.

Customer experience is top notch. From coming inside to dine with excellent food suggestions and wine pairing. To ordering online and personally receiving “your order is ready for pick up” unbelievable compassion and knowledge. 11/10

Food was grossly over priced, portions were obscenely small even for a small plate menu. Menu was pretentious and didn’t live up to its hype. Decor was thrown together and felt like they were trying to be something they are not. If you’re going to charge fine dining prices you should at the very least have a fine dining atmosphere. One server described the dish as “a warm winter hug” which quite frankly doesn’t describe food and felt rehearsed as the answer to all the dishes. Many better options throughout the city for the money.

My wife and I really enjoyed dining here for last night. It had a good atmosphere and our food was fantastic. We ordered 5 dishes between us to share with the Braised Beef Cheek and Calamari stealing the show. Our server was very attentive and helpful and guided us on our choices.

A cozy local restaurant with fresh and unique flavours that can pack the place on a Tuesday night!Starting with the “Raspberry” oysters with the shallot, pineapple and jalapeño, and homemade oyster sauce is the only way to go.In appetizers, “Muhammara and flatbread”, the bread was incredibly moist. “Doubles” combo of curry and chutney was entirely sophisticated, in a street kinda presentation. Really amazing. In small plates, our server recommended “Duck Dumplings”, and she did not disappoint. Not only was it a delicious complexity of flavours, the silky and crispy textures of the dish was a nice surprise! We also enjoyed the KFC 2.0 (cauliflower) and the “Burrata and Toast” (a little sweet, so recommend enjoying towards the end of your small plates). We did not enjoy the “Spinach and Ricotta Rotolo” though, although the presentation was gorgeous, it was a little bland and did not stand up to the taste and variety of all of the other dishes.Still an amazing meal and we WILL be back!
