Everyone here is so nice and the good looks so amazing, the flavor of the food is outstanding, and I cocktail are so classy, I like that you can order what ever drink you want and they're bartender will still make if for you.

I wish so badly I had the chance to have dined at Ivy over the years, I was able to dine in for the first time before they close their doors and it was a perfect experience. The service was impeccable, seriously perfect. Fine dining done flawlessly. The food (vegan menu) was excellent, some of the best flavours I have ever tried. I’m so terribly sad I won’t get to experience this place again. I wish all the staff the best and hope one day Ivy will make a come back.

Everytime I have eaten here, I have tried something different and each time I have been surprised by how consistently delicious the food has been.

This upscale restaurant has an entirely vegan menu! It's definitely worth a visit. We went there for an occasion and they didn't disappoint. We even had some family from in-town asking us how it was, as they'd been wanting to try it!

The service was impeccable, prompt and professional. The portions were good, though the prices for each dish too high. Cannelloni tasted good but not much meat inside them, it mostly had cheese and that was on top. Tortellinis were a good portion. The butternut salad had good flavour.

My boyfriend took us for Valentine's. I'd never been here before. Beautiful place! The food was delicious! The service was excellent and kind. So unfortunate they're closing. Would have loved to have seen their ambience in the spring/summer. If you get a chance to go before they close do it! The brie was TO DIE FOR ?

Great Food, Decent Service, extremely poor communication.Had christmas dinner and had a great time. Can’t say the same for Vday as we were completely blindsided as to the dinner menu specifications. We booked several weeks in advance to accommodate our budget as well as other factors but was informed - about 24hrs before our reservation - that there were preset valentines day menus that would bring our budget up another 150$. We tried to call to inquire about this issue but kept being sent to voicemail only for it to be completely full. I believe this restaurant has given up on its consumers

Unpleasant dinner. Took more than 90 min to get our entrees. Chicken parm was overcooked and impossible to cut, cacio e pepe was beyond al dante and underseasoned. We did mention that every item was subpar, but all they did was offer a dessert we didn't want which took another 30 min. Just an awful waste of money and time.

De verdad esperaba mucho más, la persona que nos atendió al principio fue muy amable pero luego bastante hostil e incluso me dejó hablando sola en un momento. La comida no es deliciosa, estaba fría y de sabor insípido.

A significant decline in quality. Been several times. No more. Table of 2 we ordered 3 appetizers 2 entrees and a dessert. All failed and were no less than horrible. Gossip is they're closing, my reaction is in agreement they should.

Update: I think reviews like my previous one got to their heads because their quality has gone downhill and prices are now close to double what they used to be. I ordered a seafood pasta a couple months ago and the noodles were over cooked, there was no flavour/salt in the sauce and the seafood itself was very sandy...all at the low price of $54. I took a couple bites and instantly returned it. The server was nice enough but definitely taken aback.Original review:Of all of the restaurants I've been to in London, the Ivy is by far the best. We went for dinner and had an incredible experience. High quality ingredients, unpretentious atmosphere and perfectly executed dishes at a reasonable price.

Food was extraordinary. Service was sub average. Was not visited very often. I asked for a glass of wine to be brought with my dinner. It was forgotten about and didn’t come to our table till I was over half done. Which also meant no fresh pepper like other tables were getting either. When I reminded about the wine, it still took a while. I was about finished my dinner when it finally arrived. Also we saw her tending to another table right behind us more often. I really wish the service matched the quality of food. Also there was not enough parking. No spots available.
