Pros:- Great atmosphere, wouldn’t be out of place in Tampa or Santa Monica- Lots of lighting- Amazing, sincere service- Clean - somebody takes pride in making sure things are neat and tidy- SpaciousCons- The food seems dated- The burger was average, unseasoned. If it was made from scratch there was very little to no seasoning on it, overpriced for what it was.- I don’t feel there was an adequate amount of toppings on the burger for the price- Thick cut fries are notoriously difficult to pull off and they sadly missed the mark. The fries were somewhat crispy on the outside but just tasted like a fire roasted potato on the inside. If they used the same technique and cut normal sized fries it would be fantasticI think if they brought in a food scientist or professional chef for a few months to modernize the menu this place could be amazing. Clearly people are willing to pay but they might not be willing to come back unless the food improves.

We had no idea about this restaurant before going in. Oh my goodness the food is absolutely amazing and delicious.The T-Burg and Chicken Fingers with salads were so yummy ! Todd with the double D was our server and he was so friendly and nice ( looks a bit like Brian Adam’s ? ) Thank you Todd , our meal was perfect and Hats off to the Chef.. We will be back !… P.S. The location is perfect if you happen to be going to a London Knights Game.

This has been one of my fav restaurants in London to eat at and I used to eat here once a week pre pandrmic. I don't know if its still the after effects or if there's new management or what but the last 3 times that we have come downtown to eat here, they've been closed. including today where my 9 year old son had planned our 'date night' for my Birthday. Plan was Jay Dee's for our all time FAV cheese sticks and my FAV TBurg followed up with a trip across the road to the Arcade. He even went online and tripled checked the hours to make sure it said open until 730 every day of the week. We arrived downtown around 630 and much to our disappointment AGAIN, the restaurant was CLOSED. So we had to change up our plans and eat across the road at the Arcade Bar. In my opinion you should somehow notify your customers on your website of early closures so they are aware prior to the trip downtown and paying for parking etc if applicable. The first 2 times this happened we had driven in from out of town to find out of the closures. So my rating is as follows, the food is AMAZING, the atmosphere was always welcoming and comfortable but the random hours are a serious issue. Such a shame to be honest. Not sure after 3 failed times in a row to be met with a closed restaurant that we will try again. I will always rav about the food though.

My friends and I were very kind and polite but it seemed as though our server could not get us out of there fast enough. We arrived at 5:30pm and left at 6:30pm, while they close at 7:30pm. The nachos are not worth the price, very small portion. I ordered a burger and the patty itself was small compared to the bun. My friend had ordered the beef dip and the dip came out thick, like pudding. Another friend ordered the teriyaki chicken and there was no teriyaki flavour. My friends and I felt as though we were a disturbance, we felt rushed, and just not welcomed. Service was not good, food was average, and overpriced.

There must be magicians working in the kitchen because the food here is always at least great. The soup of the day I had here today was really really good.
The food is okay, nothing to write home about. Went with a group, three people had the bacon brie hamburger (quite salty), one had the siriracha burger, I had the beef dip, and my son had the chicken nuggets for kids (6 chicken nuggets no fries). The food was quick which was a plus but the value for $$ didn't stack up. I will not be returning or recommending unless you want to overpay for quick mediocre food.Kid-friendliness: 10.99 for 6 chicken nuggets with no fries, also no change table

We went there for dinner before going to a concert at bud gardens. It’s very close to the arena. Unfortunately neither the food or the service was that great. The waitress didn’t seem to want to be there and certainly didn’t seem to appreciate us being there. She brought us a lunch menu and it was 5:30 pm and didn’t offer a dinner menu at all. Spilled our beer when she slammed it on the table. We had looked up the dinner menu but when she gave us this menu we assumed maybe things had changed from the website. We picked from the very basic and uninspiring selections. The chicken sandwich I ordered was bland and I could have made better at home. The salad was equally plain with barely enough dressing to change the taste. There’s blinds on the west side of the restaurant but unfortunately the way the sun sets it comes in through the windows we were sitting by and bakes you while you eat. I didn’t ask about the dinner menu items, and I never complain because it’s not my style and quite frankly the way the waitress acted I don’t feel it would have helped my experience.
