This is a tough one to review.The chicken sandwich was tasty and better than average... but not amazing. It was a bit too sloppy: less meat or more bun. The fries definitely weren't great. So honestly it was somewhere in the middle. It's obvious that this eatery has been impacted by the decline of Richmond Row (literally, the front window was smashed). Maybe the vibe is off on this whole strip.

This place is a hidden gem. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a very friendly server who provided us recommended items on their menu. We decided to get the hot honey crispy chicken sandwich and although it took a while to receive our order (approximately 15 minutes), it was well worth the wait. The food was amazing. For the price, it’s portion size was very large. The chicken was very flavourful and extra crispy (just the way I like it). Additionally, everything was fresh and made to order. Overall, this will be a stop every-time I stop by in London, and I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves a crispy chicken sandwich.

Chris and his associates were so friendly and easy going with our guests. They were a true reflection of my husband and I and that’s exactly what we wanted. They even catered so perfectly to our guests with different food preferences and intolerances including vegan, vegetarian and gluten free.
Not only was Chris and his team so great to our guests, they were so accommodating with me and my husband and so easy to get along with. I don’t think I’ve ever had bad food from kosmos. It’s amazing every single time!! Got the buffalo chicken wrap tonight and it did not disappoint. Prices are super reasonable and the portion sizes are huge!

They catered for our reception and in addition to all of our guests saying to us afterward how amazing the staff and food was, I was floored by how perfectly Kosmos pulled off our emergency request put in just days before out wedding. From all the great communication beforehand, to being right there on time, then to quick and professional setup and serving, all the way to the cleanup done without any of us even noticing as they were so unobtrusive. They knew just what to do and Kosmos will go down in our wedding story as one of the only rare things of our wedding that went smoothly from beginning to end. They became part of the wedding background seamlessly but so very valued. My partner who had been skeptical as we had not sampled this place at all before, was completely converted.
