Gross soggy breaded wings. Disgusting breaded wet chicken wings. I like my wings crispy firm. These tasted like the fell in the sink.I personally will not be back.

Nice people that own the spot but honestly worst wings I’ve ever had. Kind of like those soggy pre cooked grocery store wings but worse.Would not recommend to anyone, id rather eat a pack of hotdogs raw.

Been here a few times. Wings are big. The sauces are flavourful. Asked for extra sauce and got it. 10 bucks for a pound (1/2 price till April on sundays) is as good a price as you’re going to find around. I wouldn’t get the sides again mind you. The curly fries were definitely not worth it and the onion rings were meh. But if looking for the wings this place is great. Now, they are apparently rebranding in April with new owners so I will revisit later to see if these are still the best wing for the buck around

Honestly the food is amazing, IF you can get it and that is a big if. We have tried to order form them on multiple occasions and each time something wasn't available or they weren't able to complete the order, whether it was no buns/lettuce, no fries, no gravy, or no chicken. I feel bad for the employees who have to deal with the fallout of low stock. Maybe I should be congratulating the restaurant as they clearly never have to worry about food waste. It's too bad because we really do love the food, but we just won't be ordering again because of the inconvenience.

Awesome wings. Good size. Sauces are great. A couple of additional choices in the medium heat category would be nice. Good service.Only complaint is when they are busy, you just get this voicemail that I don't think is really checked so you have to keep calling back every 5 minutes until you reach someone. They should allow those who call to wait in queue until someone can pick up or at least indicate in the voicemail whether they will call back any time soon or not.

Sauce 5/5Staff 1/2The male staff member with the accent was awesome very informative made he made half our meal guessing his shift ended and he left no big deal so the Asian female member made my boyfriend leader of the flock when he asked for rooster on a bun she forgot the ranch on my wrap.Nov 1 2020

Ordered 2 pounds of wings and they forgot to sauce up one of them, As a chicken wing restaurant you'd think that would be a priority ?
Food was not tasty or seasoned good, wings, fries and chicken sandwich were soggy. Thought id get dinner for me and the family and wanted to try something new but everyone was unpleased. Wings cheap but seems like they frozen and thrown into fryer. Do not recommend this restaurant.

We have been looking for good wings in London for four years.After trying countless, even one's with 'wing' in the name, we have finally found them at Loose Rooster.Sauces and dry rub aside, the wings are good naked - the true test.If this is your first time ordering, get (2) pounds.

This restaurant was recommended to me and I would recommend going forward. Food quality was very good, the four sauces I tried were excellent. (Flying rooster,buffalo rooster, garlic Parmesan, and salt/pepper.) Do not go with the cheaper “buffalo wings” as they’re sub par compared to their regular menu wings, and do not have their buffalo rooster sauce on them. I was given the wrong pickup order and took it home but placed a phone call they were exceptionally polite and apologetic. The food was remade very quickly.
