when I visit london, I always eat at this place with my kids, the staff is very friendly and service is quick, recently I usaully see this place very busy on the week ends, but in my recent visit it was not that busy, may be people stopped going to retuarants due to cost. the prices gone lot highter in recent months. the burgers cost compared to windys, burger king are most expensive but very tasty, my kids love mc donalds. I wish the pricess go down or they proide some good coupons for family to enjoy once a while.
Worse mcdonald's I've ever been in. You pay over $3 for a drink and you can get a refill. I stood at the front forever before I was served. The girl serving me was super rude. I'll never go back here

I have been to many McDonald’s in my lifetime and usually frequent them once a week. This McDonald’s refused to give me a refill on my soft drink. Are you serious? When did this become a policy? I will never come back to this McDonald’s ever again.
