I am disgusted with this McDonalds. I visited this location one night and ordered 4 beef patties. I specifically told the women at the other end to make my food fresh with no seasoning. I received old food with seasoning on it. Then they lied about making the food fresh. Pictures to follow.

The older lady with the purple hair is by far the worst staff member in the place. You can tell she hates her job. Or hates the customers I use shelf checkout to avoid her. last time I needed a tray. I waited in line like a customer should. She seen me. She was busy. So I don’t mind waiting. I seen she start talking to her co worker. So I walked to the other desk. I asked for a tray with a please and thank you. And she replied for what. Then tossed a paper bag on the counter. I simply smiled at her and said thank you and left. The look on her face like a mad poodle lol. Hope she treats people better.

I come to this location at night sometimes after work as I work late afternoons.Shruti is such a wonderful person. Always so kind to me, and I’m not exaggerating when I say I come here to eat her fries. The best!!I’m extremely happy with this employee. She’s a a great person.

3 times this week I pulled up to a drive thru line with 2 people in it and my order was switched out with someone else’s and no one even checked to see what was what just hand what ever bag out to whoever
I don't know how many times now I've went to this location to get dinner and I get home to a hamburger with a hard patty or a stale bun. So fed up. McDonald's don't mind raising prices but they wanna serve people food that's been sitting for awhile, specifically at this location.

Very impolite and rude workers especially during over night hours. They are always doing “change over” when anyone tries to order between 2:30am and 4:30 am. If they do take your order, they mess up the order and something is always wrong. This is the closest McDonald’s to my house and I have been so irate with the service I receive that I am now refusing to go to that location specially because they are full of bologna, rude and quiet frankly unprofessional.This happens on a regular basis, my partner and I are both out and about every night and want a convenient place to stop, however we are never served due to constant change over. Seems to me that they do not want to work or make their company any sort of money. I see employees sitting at tables during overnight hours and they just look at people and prosumably laugh st them
