I heard the lady employee say “oh my God” while I drove to window, after she took my online order on the drive thru as I struggled to find the order number in the app. She thought I won’t hear her. They had posters about respecting the employee but in this case the employee didn’t respect the customer.

Every so often one needs a big mac. This location brings me back to when my sons were little. It used to be so busy that one parent would go order while the other sat and held a space with the kids. Diet might change in the world. But some things and spaces bring one comfort. I enjoyed my visit.

Every time there is something missing when we order in drive thru! Unfortunately I only notice when I get home, so it’s too late to get the order right. Today it wasn’t different, my mc nugget sauce was missing and both cheeseburgers came with pickles, even though the label says NO PICKLES!!!! Probably the worst McDonald’s in London, ON!

I don’t know why these kind of people they are hiring ..people like her ruining the name of the big franchise .. if you don’t know how to talk leave the job and do something else Which suits you ..that was my last visit to this mcdonld bye bye my favourite place because of cheap staff ..

Parking may be terrible, but the kiddo loves the play area. Food is good, despite being crazy busy, arrived in a timely manner. Staff a little confused on delivery. May wanna pick up at the counter. Love the hidden playground bathroom. Good call.
