Evening staff need some supervision. I understand you need to hire young people to work at night but I really felt my visit to the location was an interruption of the staffs social time. Location had 6 patrons inside and my order of 4 McFlurries took 10 minutes to get via the drive through (which really is not a drive through if you need to go into the restaurant and beg for your order)

Just bought a sundae, mcflurry and large fries. Sundae was ok, only half amount of oreo in the mcflurry and so disappointed with the fries, its a mixture of old hard fries and not so old batch of fries.

I ordered the Sausage McMuffin with Egg. First, I swear they have shrunk the size of this item. I know the sausage is much thinner than it was a few years ago. The thicker sausage gave this sandwich the moisture it needed to give it the flavour that I remember and enjoyed so much. Now I think it's way too dry. Plus I think they have modified the formula to compensate and added too much 'hot' spice.McDonald's, I know everyone is looking to save costs, but on this one, it's a FAILURE!

Look at this guy and his dirty hands he is using his dirty hands to make whole burger and he is been doing this for long time and in between he was even scratching his hand and body and using same hand to serve please report him. I even make the video of him but unfortunately I m not able to upload.This place is filthy as hell. The employees won’t wash their hands before making your order. They won’t wear gloves while making it. They will pack chicken and bacon burger using the same hand instead of using gloves.the order received wasn’t right too. Please don’t go to this restaurant.
Tried to use the McDonald's App to order but wasn't working so had to come inside and use the order machine. It took about 25 minutes after ordering to get our food as they are very under staffed and didn't seem very organized. All the orders disappeared from the "Pick up your order here" sign so had no idea what orders even got picked up yet. Finally we got our food and drinks after 25 minutes and then left.

This location is constantly filthy, overwhelmed, and incapable of getting an order right. I've had multiple bad experiences at this location with having to wait for nearly half an hour for my order, or driving way only to find the order incomplete. A miserable experience for lackluster Luke warm food each time.
