I don’t recommend the place at all and honestly I am shocked how dishonest they are1- they don’t have parking space, but when you ask they would tell you we validate your parking (the space behind the place), but they give you $7.5 flat for validation while it is $12+tax per hour (I personally paid more than $20 for parking!)2- the waitress we had was not caring at all while pretend to be! Example1: she came and asked, everything good? And while I wanted to ask for another drink she was steeping away from the table (was asking without waiting for the answer, just a gesture) Example2: I asked for tap water with no ice (I mentioned exactly no ice please), she came back with water and ice!3- the food is not good, I ordered mahi mahi, it was mentioned spicy, but it was truly hot, and also the pasta was not good at all

Went Saturday night, the server didn't quite get my plate on the table, resulting in my dinner landing on my shirt. Thankfully it was mostly the fries and I could brush the mess off, but the server said she'd get some napkins then never came back. No one at Moxies even acknowledged this happened, at the very least I would have expected them to get a new side of fries to replace the ones they made me wear. Weird experience.

We had the best dining experience last night at moxies London. Our server, Cameron, was so attentive and all of our meals were incredible. We had a chance to talk w the manager and expressed our appreciation for the amazing customer care and we will definitely be back. We loved the chili lime marguaritas and every aspect of the night was 5 star. Highly recommend this location. This was one of our best experiences eating out in a very long time! Keep up the great work!

My sister in law had her birthday dinner here. Food tasted great! The server attending to us personally was great! But the guy that brought the spicy beef that was omitted was somewhat rude…we complained that it came late and we basically finished the nachos. He couldn’t offer any empathy to that situation and all he had to say was “should I take it back, that’s how long it took”. I was going back and forth in my mind on whether to pay the extra tip I initially planned on doing cause our server was great! I finally decided not to make every one else pay for his bad behavior and just add the extra. He needs to retake a course on customer service. Empathy is the first thing you learn.

Friday, around 4:30, just before the place started hopping. Service from Tela was excellent; food was delicious. Potstickers, "Tiny Tuna Tacos", chicken sandwich, and chicken rigatoni were all very tasty and highly recommended. Would also recommend trying the house brew.
