I mean they don't have competition in London...but these are amazing pretzels. Best in the city I suppose. Customer service is ridiculous though. Rude rude rude.Second review… I go to the store in the mall. They close at 6. I was in line at 5:45. They refused to serve me cause they turned the oven off. They should change their hours then that they stop accepting new customers at a certain time.

I went to mr pretzels exprecting a delicious simple salted pretzel, i received a greasy deep fried niece of bread. now this wasn’t bad but it wasn’t what i ordered, i do not recommend

Today my wife and I went for a second time, employees - they were very nice, the pretzels were amazing, i forgot to review the first time but had to make sure it was done this time, sweet or savoury, large pretzels or bites, lots of options to have a great snack
Literally made from scratch right in front of you... first time we had pretzels (just the salted ones) from here and *everyone* I got them for liked them. A+ :)
