Haven't had the food yet as I'm waiting for it, but they refused to give me tap water! They said it was their policy. Been to many many restaurants and this is the first time I've encountered this. Eventually they brought it, but this is a big turnoff. They also don't have menus.

Absolutely an amazing experience!! The service was amazing Lisa was unbelievable with us!!! Friendly, happy and more! She was great with our son knew exactly what he likes!!! The food is unbelievable the seafood plater for two was amazing and the chef was very sincere with the portion!!! Definitely a gem of a restaurant!!! A perfect mom and pop home style restaurant a must try!!!!

Absolutely terrible. Half the shop threw their food straight to the trash. Cold fries, kraft singles on a overcooked steak, cold food despite being 5 min away shrimp was comparable to catfish Bait. Would rather not eat at all compared to this atrocity

The most rubbish Resturant ever I have seen.they forgot part of our orders then they serve alcohol drink as normal fuzzy drinks. we ordered very expensive red wine the starter and food came yet no sign of the drink and after I reminded them then when drink came the guy left the wine on the table and said some one will come and open that and that take another 30 minutes and once that guy came my guesses have already Eaton and ready to leave . Even MC Donald’s cannot forget your part of your order but they do . Be careful going there with guests you will be very disappointed above the extreme expensive prices never ever will go back there

Ordered lunch for my crew at work over $200 and very disappointed most ordered steak sandwich and came with what looks like a kraft single on it, def not good. also all the fries were cold and very dry one ordered shrimp very cold when opened and fries hard as a rock . Sorry for the review but when spending alot of money on food you expect better food for sure .we probably will not buy food again

The food was terrible, grease and uncooked. People in the bar swearing and is not appropriate for a kids and family. The menu is not well explained as well they don’t have what is in the menu.

Going on a road trip looked up portuguse restaurant in London and came up to nova lisboa and was surprised at the way we were treated good Portuguese food was amazing i recommend this place for a nice Portuguese menu .
