This place has great food but every single time I order delivery from them they forget an item or send the wrong thing. The other day they missed sending a croissant, today it was a whole half a dozen bagels that was missed. I understand being out of stock but in these cases the delivery order was not updated. Unfortunately because of this I won’t be ordering any longer from here.

This is a hidden gem in London. Amazing sandwiches and a great alternative to drive-thru food. Highly recommend the breakfast sandwiches and the BLT. Wonderful pastry selection as well. We have become regular customers for weekend brunch takeout and the owners know our order. Real quality food.

The old bagel house is the best place i have had a nice lunch in a while. Their bagels are made fresh daily for me to stop by with some buds for a nice meal before french class. 11/10 would recommend to anyone all ages. i love bagel house.

I went because they claim to make Montreal bagels. As soon as I looked at them in the rack, I knew they were not Montreal bagels. The server actually got quite insistent that they’ve had multiple stores in Toronto so they are Montreal bagels. Didn’t really understand the logic there. I thought I’d give them a try and was very disappointed although they are better than Dempsters. They clearly are not as good as other Montreal bagels that I’ve had.
