Online discount code (which is posted on all platforms and has been for a while) does not work and when you contact them they do not seem to care. I ordered my food for a later pickup time but as soon as I ordered it they prepared it (I got a notification 10 minutes after ordering that my order was ready) so my sushi ended up just sitting in a box on their table for an hour before I could pick it up.

I got the spicy pork ramen last week and that was very good. I almost wish it was a bit spicier but it was still really delicious. Today I ordered the tuna poke bowl with a miso soup and it was also really good! It’s nice and close to work so I will be returning to try more menu items!

I went out for lunch at this outlet. It was a pretty small cozy place and I loved their seating and decor. It had such a cute little vibe. I ordered a crispy crab roll, and a chicken spicy teriyaki combo. Guys honestly you should surely try their cream cheese and spicy rolls, they were so good and i was served a small portion of salad and miso soup right at the start, and I licked my whole teriyaki combo plate off.Just the dessert was a bit dry and felt like store bought, it wasn't upto NY expectations, but other than that the food was just delicious and I loved munching on the chicken teriyaki as well.I would surely recommend you guys to try this place out.

It was my first time going here, I’ve been to ozen Korea before though. The food was good, for sure get the katsu combo because it comes with so much food for the price! You get the meat, rice, salad, miso soup, 3 yam sushi, and 2 dumplings! It’s about the same price as the poke bowl, which was pretty good as well. Most meals came with soup and salad. The sushi was pretty good, not amazing but for the price it’s good. The noodle soup was good as well almost better than the ozen Korea noodle soups. The staff were nice, but I felt slightly judged sometimes. The area is small (not sure if there was more room upstairs) so it’s better for smaller groups of 2-4 people.Parking: There’s street parking but since it’s downtown on a main road it might be hard to find some. There’s a parking lot nearby 3-4 minute walk near the park.
My favourite sushi place in downtown! The food is always fresh and tasty. The service is very sweet and polite. I recommended to try Yuzu drink if you haven't yet. Customers who pay cash would get discount which is always nice.Dietary restrictions: My partner has sesame seeds allergy, they are always very careful and mindfully of any restrictions.

Guys, you run a nice establishment but the teriyaki dishes have been served cold 3x in a row now. You need to decide if you want to be in the fast-food or good-food space, set the price and expectation accordingly. People don't mind waiting an extra 5 minutes for fresh steak and veggies.I hope to remove or improve this review soon. Your better than this.

My life goal is to find the best restaurants in all cuisines, and OZEN SUSHI is yet another sushi bar. So that is where I went.Looking for something interesting and original, I got the Rocket #1 and Rocket #2. #1 comprised spicy salmon, cream cheese, avocado. “Torched” salmon and sweet onion sat on top. #2 had cucumber, avocado, crab meat, “torched” albacore tuna, and garlic flakes.A bowl of tonkotsu ramen came after. Even though this is mainly a sushi place, the ramen turned out to be best of the three. I got spicy and it was totally the right choice. This kind of ramen is made from pork bone broth. Along with the noodles came two pieces of pork belly, sliced shiitake mushrooms, a soft boiled egg, bean sprouts, and green onions.The inside was wooden and had a cozy feel, like a log cabin or sauna. There is also well-furnished compartment upstairs.The bill was $50.29.OZEN SUSHI now belongs to the list of my favourite sushi restaurants. They have earned their place in the upper echelons of London takeout and fine dining.

When I called the store to ask about it, the person that picked up asked me to contact door dash, which is confusing since it looks like I’m ordering directly from their website. He has zero patience and hung up on me, after I asked if he could honour the discount by placing the order over the phone. Customer service is key for restaurant experience, will no longer continue ordering from here.

As a new fan of sushi and poke bowl, I had been searching for a place that serves good vegetarian options, glad I went to Ozen Sushi to try it out that say. We ordered cucumber roll, avocado roll, shitake mushroom roll and dynamite roll for my partner as he prefers non vegetarian. Along side, we ordered vegetarian poke bowl which was one of the best dishes I have ever tasted, loved the miso soup too. Definitely recommend this place to everyone ??
