All the food is good.I wanted to update this review after coming back a second time. The portions are smaller but it doesn't matter. The meats are stewed and has that homemade taste. Freshly made tortillas really makes a lot of difference. Highlight was definately the lamb tacos. No gamey flavour with a great blend of lean and fat ratio. The acidic and spicy complementary pickles cuts it perfectly.Exceptional service.

Was looking for authentic and this spot has it. The owner took the time to explain each dish and how it was made. Mango drink was amazing and the Lamb Tacos were juicy and flavourful. Loves the decor and music, will definitely be back.

The best tacos in London! I've dined here multiple times and it's always delicious. The chef uses the finest freshest ingredients. You can tell the food is made with passion. Masa is ground in-house and the tortillas are made to order. I have enjoyed everything (all tostadas, tacos, gringas, and 3 juice flavors) I have tried but I highly recommend the bean and cheese tostada. The smoky misquite salsa verde is life changing. Also, the lamb taco is phenomenal. I always dine in because I think this food would get soggy if ordered for delivery. It's best consumed immediately. Dr. Alfonso is a great host and very friendly.A pitcher of tap water is $3 but I don't mind since I'm supporting a local business with exceptional food. I want this place to stay in business. They accept cash or debit only. They do not have a liquor license. There is seating for approximately 25 indoors.You can buy packs of tortillas and tostadas to go for a reasonable price. The red corn tortillas are my favorite.

This is a dine in experience. Do not do take out because it won't do the food justice. The owner is super nice and great to chat with. Started with the tostada which was amazing. The homemade base is amazing. Get it. Had the beef cheek, beef tongue, and 2 lamb tacos. The lamb was fresh out of the oven and the flavour was phenomenal. The taco shells are homemade too and break easily if left soaking in the juices. Don't sleep on this place. Repeat customer for sure

As a taco aficionado I have to say that this place is the one and only truly authentic taqueria in London. Alfonso was a pleasure, took the time to chat and showed me his kitchen and his incredible corn grinding machines. The tacos are out of this world, the tortillas are made in house and fresh and all the ingredients are as fresh as they can be! An absolutely Mexican experience right here in London!

Wow! Now this is authentic Mexican food. The taste, flavour, perfect portion like tapas and it's filling. All made from scratch! Please give this place a try. You will definitely be awed from beginning to end. Very affordable. The owner is truly a sweet and amazing gentleman.

Excellent place!We just googled Latin food and this came up first.... Now we know why...Warm service with explanation of what one will be served, delicious food, great and cozy ambiance..... We got:Lengua (beef)Adobo (pork)Arrachera (beef)Borrego (Lamb)Chamarra (pork)All accompanied by delicious natural fresh fruit juices.Very tasty. We recommend it!

The taco was good, he offered me some tasty potatoes and the "appetizer" and they were really good. But I'm disappointed after experiencing the same fraud some of you mentioned below.Edit: Checked the receipt again and he actually charged me for the appetizer that I didn't order but he "offered" (he just brought it without saying anything beforehand). Nice gesture but he should have been upfront about the fact that it was not a free appetizer.Looks like some people also experienced the same thing where he started "adding" more items to the bill pretending they were free. Please be cautious if you are visiting for the first time. Also debit/cash only, that's a big minus for me.

Best place to eat in London. With the most amazing service. Food is delivered so fast and so fresh. They make the most authentic Mexican food you can get without being in Mexico. Took us right back to our honeymoon. The owner is the most genuine human being and makes your experience dining out that much better. You don’t get any better than this for food, price and service! Awesome 5 starts for sure. You have to try this place at least once! What a gem!

I never heard of the place and just wanted to look at the menu but ended up sitting down. When I sat down, a few minutes later the cook had given me a taste tester to see if I wanted to eat there. After eating it I definitely wanted to eat there. While waiting for my order, the owner had shown me around the kitchen and explained how the cook was going to make my meal and also told me some background about the restaurant and his family. Everything was extremely fresh and the service was very fast and everyone was extremely friendly! I love family owned restaurants and especially this one!! I’m definitely going back!:)
