Panago is a different category of pizza. The Artichoke + Goat Cheese pizza was absolutely delicious and not greasy. Great staff and great service. Highly recommend!

The land of no toppings: when I ordered they were out of artichokes, pesto, and anchovies. Their system only tells you this after you've completed ordering all your pizzas and go to pay. So you have to go back and order a new pizza, only to find out the new pizza is also missing a key ingredient. Who runs out of pesto??? I'm told the pizzas taste good, but I never got to find out.

Very disappointing. First was unable to order the toppings I wanted; this was only revealed when I tried to pay. Ordered at 3pm for delivery at 5pm. They called at 5:04 to say they'd be 7 more minutes. At 5:12, they called and said the pizzas had been dropped and they'd have to redo the order. We needed to leave the house at 5:45 so cancelled the order.

First time I ordered was last night, I ordered green olives to be put on pizza but got green peppers (I hate green peppers, had to pick them off the pizza) . Store was closed by the time I got the pizza. Also paid for dipping sauce that didn't come. Horrible first (and probably last) experience.

The food that actually showed up was good - but very poor customer service and charged for items that never showed up. Was charged for items that didn't arrive, after speaking to one customer service rep as you can't call the store directly, I was told that the store was out of stock (Although the store nor the delivery driver decided to inform me). After being transferred and speaking to two more representatives who weren't sure what to do, a supervisor tried to push to give me a credit (Meaning I would have to spend more money in order to "get my money back" AND it would expire after 90 days). After simply asking for a refund for my food that I didn't receive I was told that I would have to wait 1-3 business days for the store to call me back for me to try and get a refund.Long story short: $50 for one pizza and one box of cheesy bread, delivery was 20 minutes late, charged for food that didn't arrive that the store apparently knew about, 40 minutes on the phone trying to get a refund for food I never received, now waiting 1-3 business days just to spend MORE time on the phone (Probably during work hours) in order to TRY and get money back. Haven't been so appalled as to leave a Google review until now.
