Not too sure what to think.When my father was alive he used to order Papa John's religiously.I can't ask him what he was thinking, he obviously loved to eat just about anything from the looks/taste of it.The way he talked about it, he made it sound like this pizza place was a1.Completely sub par, first and last time for me.I got two walk in pizzas and they were supposed to be $10.00 each but ended up paying $27.00

I came here today with my friend. We mostly take pizza from here and this time , the service we get was very disappointing. We asked for extra pepper and chilli from a staff member but the girl who is working there giving us very strange looks like we are taking anything free from there. We feel very humiliating today. Giving sweet gestures and smile is the part of customer service but i don't feel like they have any kind of customer service if someone ask me for my suggestions i will not recommend this location. I am not saying everyone there is same but some people in there staff might put negative impression. My excitement of eating pizza gone at that time.

Poor service and unnecessary attitude shown by the south indian girl at the store. The pizza was good but the service by that girl left a bitter taste. They needed some good staff who know customer service well!

Ordered delivery and pizza didn't show up. Called the store the manager refused to help in any way, told me it wasn't their problem. Very rude and doesn't know how to talk to customers. Ordered from here regularly . Never again . Fool me once.

I didn't actually eat here this time because the cook didn't know the ingredients in the crust. I was asking for diary allergy info. They didn't have an ingredient list or allergy info available. I could have looked it up on line but figured since I was in the area and was going to be ordering pizza that day I would ask.I have ordered PJ before and know from experience the food is very good.

I don't know what happened but I paid for my order twice when I ordered through the internet then the representative comes and says that the withdrawal was not done and I paid him but on the second day I noticed that the withdrawal was done and I paid twice

amazing serviceI made an online order and it was 7 minutes late which is nothing unusual for any pizza place. they apologized and provided with cookies and thanked us for understanding. this is how you run the business! I had wings pizza combo and they were good.

We were traveling to London for a hockey tournament. This establishment was very close to our hotel. Walked in, ordered and waited <15 mins. Pizza was hot and gooey (yum!). Bonus pepperoncini was in the box and we fought over it. Also included garlic dipping sauce which was delicious!
