Pizza hut has definitely gone down hill... Order the big box deal (2 medium pizzas, wings, dessert, pop) asked for extra sauce on both pizzas... They barely had any sauce. Asked for the bread sticks that say they come WITH marinara sauce.... No marinara sauce... Asked for boneless wings with medium sauce... Again BARELY any sauce...On top of all this the pizzas were overcooked, bread sticks were over cooked (sure could have used that marinara sauce)...At least they got the 2L bottle of Pepsi right...

The pizza was really, really good. The neighbourhood it's located in though....yeah...that's best avoided. This section of London is rampant with addicts....some of whom openly use on the streets.

The staff are severely rude to the customers.they hung up on me twice for asking questions.please call another pizza hut where they care about their customers

Ordered through Skip (even though they have their own drivers) for the first time since arriving in London 6 years ago. Our food was delivered quickly, hot, and friendly. However, we were missing an item. We called, and the young lady was super friendly, and our item was delivered not long after. The pizza dough was fluffy and the flavour was fantastic. The only thing I would criticize - make sure you tape off boxes and cover pastas when sending out for delivery. It's safer for all. Thank you for your great response to our item and fast and friendly service.

Best pizza hut in London. I drive twice as far to get my pizza here instead of the western location because their management is terrible and this location is clean, fast, polite and helpful.
