Ordered our typical Pizza Hut order at this location for the first time as we recently moved to the area. My husband found an acrylic nail in his slice of BBQ chicken pizza. Management provided a voucher to rectify the situation however we won’t be coming back to this location after the experience we had redeeming the coupon. We picked up our order and had the voucher. The person who helped us wasn’t sure how to input the voucher and called a manager for help. From the back, a woman was laughing loud enough for me to hear without seeing her how we must be the people that found her nail. Overall, I would not recommend this location as they don’t seem to take food handling seriously.

We received a pizza with a wrong topping on it. We called them, within 20 mins I had a replacement pizza at my door. Outstanding customer service. Thank you pizza hut. You earned a lot of my respect yesterday.

I ordered two pizzas and 14 wings yesterday under the name Roni. One of the pizzas had no Parmesan cheese on it which was an extra topping I paid for and also very little chicken on it, it was like one piece per slice. The veggie pizza was alright. But I’m so petty about food, especially about toppings I paid extra for and did not receive. You have lost a customer for life, I’m never ordering from this location again. I’ve heard that in the pizza industry the pizza box is the expensive part and the pizza is inexpensive, you guys should be loading up the toppings and not cheaping out on it. Think of it as this way, you can either save a buck or two and lose a customer for life. Or spend an extra dollar or two, make your customers happy and make them return for more business. Do better, be like Toronto.

I just came from this place! Picked up my grandkids from school and drove there and ordered a pizza and some wings. The young lady said it would be ready in 15 min. I went to sit in the car with the kids and went back inside about 14 min later. They were not busy at all. One lady walked in and ordered. Then a man came in and ordered. I stood for a awhile and then I sat down but they could still see me. I watched the two young ladies laughing over top of the pizzas they were making with no masks on and no gloves on and hanging over the pizzas they were making with their mouths open wide the entire time laughing and talking! I finally stood up after at least 8-9 min and said is my food ready soon? They both looked at me like I was speaking a different language and the one reached down and took my pizza and two orders of wings out of a warming oven below the counter! I asked them has my order been sitting there the entire time ready to go!? Neither one of them answered!! I said I gave you girls a tip! If this is how you are training your young people, better try again! I’ll never be back! Oh ya! At one point I watched the one girl drop an order of wings into the deep fryer and walk away and then the other one did another batch of wings. Then I listened to the one ask the other “are these wings done?” And the other girl replied “I don’t know, I didn’t drop them!” I just watched them each drop wings at different times and the one girl didn’t remember doing it!? Wth? Pay attention to your customers and what the hell you are doing! Cripes I’d hate to see them busy !!!

Missing half the order, only one member from management for the entire store and she wasn't working the Friday close, driver argued about whether or not half the order was missing, called it in and they remade half the order, my question is why was only half remade, so the house gets to have cold pizza next to hot pizza, told it would take 20 mins for my reorder to get here, took closer to 40. Attempted to call the 1866 number as well and huge shocker it doesn't work. I'm truly disgusted by the business practices that are implemented through here, will not be reordering again and will gladly share my experience with as many people as I can to ensure no one else gets to deal with this frustration.
