One of the best pizza pizza branch!I visited here while i was new in london and i must say the pizza i had was the best among other branches … the fresh taste of cheese and all other topics made it even more better. And the owner/manager was so polite and humble.

I ordered food for me and my child a month ago and their was a hair in the pizza i then told the manager in a polite way and he tryed to say it was my hair yet the hair was dark and at the time i had blue hair, he then took the pizza from me with attitude (older guy manager) so I figured he was going to make me a new pizza and he then came to my table where me and my 10 year old child was sitting at and said “What do you want me to do about this, do you want a new pizza or your money back?, because if you want your money back get the hell out of my store! I said me and my son still need to eat all i wanted was a fresh pizza with no hair in it. I honestly couldn’t believe that he spoke to me like that for no reason. I was completely calm and respectful to him and i was almost in tears by the time I left. I was just getting out the house and having a good day from a few weeks of bad mental health and sadness , he ruined my day! Me and my son felt so uncomfortable we sat outside to eat before heading home, so unprofessional and rude especially talking like that in-front of a child and they also were not wearing hair nets.

I really like their pizza but their service is not at all good. If you buy the pizza worth 20-25 dollars and you can’t even use the washroom just to wash your hands it’s not at all good. The staff at this particular location is really rude and he just throw my pizza on counter and just ran inside. Not a good place to eat. You should working on communication with customers.
Very poor presentation. Pizza always got topping only half radius. Total 10 piece of chicken in large size pizza. Went there coz it is close to me but always get disappointed.

I ordered my pizza and he said it would be 15 minutes so I took my husband home and came back for it. I only live a block away. I was back in eight minutes. The pizza was already sitting out and was cold. It was not cooked all the way through and the green peppers were still crunchy. I get a pizza every weekend but this weekend I’m very very dissatisfied.

I had a large pizza which was so poor and the dough half cooked.The base was so bad and unevenly made and cooked that the center was too thin that every slice broke and fell apart like wet tissue and the corners were so bulky and uncooked dough. I've had great experiences with Pizza pizza downtown but this one was very disappointing and way below the line.The service is equally disappointing as there was no one in the counter for almost 40 mins even though I kept calling for them. We had to eat that bad pizza as we were very hungry and no one came to the counter despite trying so many times.
