February 16th 12:34 am I ordered a medium pizza, can of coke and a bottle of coke expecting it to be delivered in 60 minutes or less, it’s free apparently if it takes more then an hour To get delivered,I call the store twice to ask when my order would arrive Once at 1:18 they said it already came and went back to the store, but I never got a knock on my door or a call which was weird, I asked the employee that I was speaking with to tell the driver to knock on my door This time, he said okay. So I was expecting it to come in 10 minutes or so once the time got to 1:57am I called again and told them I wasn’t gunna pay for this pizza since it’s been over an hour and it would definitely be cold, what surprise me was the guy I was speaking to said that I would still have to pay since it already came to my house, but the driver never walk up to my door and knocked on it? After he explained why it wasn’t gunna be free so he offered to remake the pizza And I said I placed my order at 12:34am I don’t want to wait another hour for a pizza I ordered a hour an half ago, you’ve had my order for more then an hour I don’t have to pay, it’s your policy, send the drive to my door, he hung up I called back and he hung up on me again, so here I am 2:30am writing this to warn others that they have sh** services, Garbage delivery and No respect for there store policy.(free after 60 minutes) Thank you for reading ? Btw never received the pizza

While shopping at the White Oaks Mall recently, I decided to get some takeout at the Pizza Pizza counter in the food court. This location offers a decent variety of pizza by the slice or whole pie including plant based and vegetarian options here. I decided to order a Pepperoni Panzarotti ($6.79 plus HST) since I've had panzarottis back in the USA, South Jersey in particular. They made me a fresh panzarotti which was ready in about 10 minutes. The size of the panzarotti was big, which is a large deep fried pizza pocket filled with tomato sauce, melted cheese, & pepperoni slices, similar looking to a baked pizza calzone. The fillings were piping hot and the dough shell was soft and chewy, not greasy like the panzarottis I've had in in South Jersey, which also have ricotta in theirs. I was very satisfied with the Pepperoni Panzarotti I ordered from Pizza Pizza in the White Oaks Mall food court and I saved half of the panzarotti for breakfast.

When we first moved to London this was where we got our first pizza. It was perfect. Since then we've tried a couple of other locations, each of which has tended to burn the pizza. So we came back to this one and each time it's perfect. Also, as a side note -- that really nice Mexican guy with the moustache behind the counter? He's not Mexican, he's Middle Eastern. (He asked me to mention that.)

Cleanliness is a problem. I just got a slice and had to ask the guy to clean his hands after handling money and then going to work with food. Big issue.
I love cheese pizza and these guys know how to make a great slice! They are now under new management and are focusing a lot on food quality and customer service. I will definitely be coming back to this store.
