Casual restaurant with a huge menu that has something for everyone! They even have a gluten-free/vegetarian section to accommodate those with dietary restrictions. For the menu alone, I would come back as it has all the sushi classics and more. Food was reasonably priced and came out quickly.Echoing other reviews, the service seriously needs to be improved. From my two experiences, the staff were all young adults that cared more about hanging out with each other than offering service. On my more recent visit, the server came quickly at first, but when we were ready to order, he was nowhere to be found. We waited a while until I made eye contact with a different server who was just standing there on her phone. I indicated we were ready to order and thought she would take our order or flag our server, but she just looked back down her phone and ignored me. I actually had to get up to find our server who was at the back hanging out with another person. He wasn't familiar with the menu (maybe he was new), but it made me why wonder why I was tipping. If anything, the kitchen deserved my tip for their work.I frequent Ozen Sushi just down the street and though their staff are also of the same demographic, I've never had anything but excellent service. Plaza Sushi should train their staff better or reconsider their restaurant model. I would have no problem ordering and collecting food for myself as this isn't a high-end restaurant. Tipping a useless server just doesn't feel right.

Have been going to Plaza since they've opened and have always had a good experience every time I've visited. Their sushi is always presented nicely, the toppings are delicious, and the cocktails are the best! Staff is nice and friendly, and the recent changes to the interior are lovely too.I highly recommend visiting if you're someone trying to find a nice spot to eat. Every roll is a winner :)

This is the absolute best sushi in London! The quality, portions, and price all align and I’ve never had a bad experience here. The cherry on top is the drinks! Their bartender, Logan, makes some very impressive cocktails. You can just tell how much passion and care goes into everything this restaurant does. Keep it up!
I’ve only been to Plaza Sushi a couple of times as I don’t live in London. However every time I go, I’m blown away. The quality of the food is always amazing and the fish is always fresh. Not only that but they also have incredible, always friendly service and you can tell they genuinely care about the costumers experience. They also have an underrated cocktail menu for people that are fans of classics and for those that prefer drinks a little on the sweeter side. Overall if you’re going to go for sushi in London I highly recommend Plaza!

Delivery was very disappointing. Chicken karaage had so much loose panko just dumped on top that a lot of it was soggy and inedible. The spring rolls were undercooked, so they were also soggy, and mushy inside. The BBQ eel sushi had no BBQ sauce. Overall very disappointed, especially at this price point. I'd heard such good things about this place, so this was really a let-down.

Took my family in for dinner tonightThe service was amazing with a great attention to detail the entire eveningThe food was amazing with a great variety of fresh imported fish , I tried the Spanish Mackerel 3 different ways as well as hirame/ flounder , incredible.The atmosphere with the new ceiling lights was a great added touch . I would recommend eating here to anyone who loves sushi.
