I have now ordered from here on doordash twice. I thought the first time was just a new server or something but they truly are skimping on the quantity and not even including what I ordered. May be better in person but definitely avoid for take out.

Posting a 5 star review simply out of appreciation for this specific store. It’s rare that I go to a different burrito place other than this one (I’ve been going here for yearsssssssss) any time I’ve tried another place they never measure up. Tonight my fiancé and I really thought it over & gave a different place a shot for the first time instead of going there & it proved a silly idea. Customer service was disgusting & the food was even worse. Never taking my fav burrito place for granted again, we’re very sorry for cheating lol. Always love the staff & the food here, don’t waste your time anywhere else.

I have gone here a couple times for their burritos. It is decent for any Mexican food in the east end of London, Ontario. The food is not too flavourful, and the meat gets a bit dry. The jarrito or other drinks are a bit too overpriced. Staffs are nice, but they don’t have any seafood items in stock. At least it is a bit better than the Burrito Boyz on Wonderland Road across from Costco. The chicken and food taste bland there. For now, I am going to be wise where is my money is going to. I would rather go to that Mexican restaurant the one on Springbank Road plaza beside Giant Tiger. I would rather go to Chipotle the one on Fanshawe Park Road across from Masonville Mall. The meat taste fresh and flavourful. Refillable drinks, clean, better service and better worth of your spending at Chipotle as I gone there a few times and I am 13 kilometres away from there. Step it up, Quesada of Clarke Road in the east end of London, Ontario. Do your or the one at Wonderland Road by Rona Hardware Store can keep up the pace. You don’t seem too interested your customers and satisfaction. You don’t put too much pride on your food. This is decent but it needs to be better. I want to see seafood items in stock. The pricing should be more affordable; if you are opening a location that is more low income especially at the east end. Every taste of your products and service in every location must be the same. I will give Quesada another try, but you need to go an extra step to get there. At least it is better than the other fast food chain where the food is tasteless. Good luck

Excellent place. My one stop to go whenever I think of Mexican food. Such an awesome environment and calm employees. I’ve ordered a Burrito Bowl and it was super nice and with some nacho crush on top for crunch. Extremely delicious. Their wide range of sauces makes it possible to satisfy the craving of every possible taste. Recommending this every time, 10 on 10.

Worst pickup experience, untrained employees, 30 minutes for 4 items(2 employees on duty).
Literally super disgusted. I like trying places I haven't tried and I was told to try something from here. I ended up just getting nachos. However the meat tasted like cat food, they forgot my salsa and queso. I pulled a HAIR DIRECTLY FROM THE NACHOS AND MY MOUTH.... They put my corn on my nachos when I asked for it to the side. Overall my first time experience with this place has left me in disgust.

Not bad, not amazing. As others have mentioned, some of the food here can be quite bland. I appreciate their large selection of sauces so you can make it more flavourful. Not sure why other burrito places haven't figured this out yet.

Food is good but portions are small depending on who makes the burrito. The proportion of fillings should match the size of burrito you order and unfortunately I’ve had multiple burritos made that lack value for money. It definitely makes you consider going to Qdoba down the road where you pay a little more but you definitely get your money’s worth. Hopefully this location can read this review as a constructive way to improve their service!
