Wow, talk about a bad experience. Ordered from here, they had a BOGO offer on and clearly the owner is too cheap to actually honour this deal so they essentially split one bowl into two. I ordered chicken but only one bowl had 3 pieces of 1 cm pieces of chicken in it. Oh not to mention DoorDash driver took 2 hours to get here….pretty poor overall experience. I would avoid this location, they don’t seem to care and seem cheap. I don’t trust them

Yeah don't get the borito bowl, it's honestly trash. Wouldn't even feed it to the homeless of London. No flavor. Portion size is absolutely small. All around not worth money. Service and atmosphere were sad and the attitude from the staff was just incredible.

My daughter and I ordered quesadillas. Mine came black with nothing I ordered for the ingredients. My daughter didn't get anything she ordered for the ingredients either. What a horrible first experience. Never again!

Just placed an order tonight for a burrito bowl and three tacos ... we used door dash and it had two different three taco options and we clicked beef and added cheeseOur food showed up and there was no beef ... just tortilla and a tiny bit of cheese lolCalled the store and talked to some dumb dumb new canadian who wouldn't even let me finish my sentence before speaking over me with a language I couldn't understandI think I'll just make shifty Mexican food at home and suggest everyone does the same

Honestly disappointed with the lack of customer service, every time I have been to this establishment the employees are rude and disrespectful. The food is okay but the portion size is very little compared to other restaurants, and when I had ask for extra items I was rudely told there was a up charge witch I was well aware of and when I asked for more was told no even though I didn’t get the portion size expected for the price I paid. With that being said I will not be returning to this location.

Tiniest, most pathetic burritos. Pictured is supposed to be a large but its literally smaller than a Burrito Boyz small and I paid about $17 before delivery because I added extra cheese. Did arrive stone cold and this was paid for using the refunded credits from a couple days ago when they messed our order up entirely. Would not recommend *this* location because apparently their staff aren't confident enough to make anything other than the most sad, small burrito you've ever seen even though they still use the biggest wrap possible. Honestly, I'm shocked at how little they give you considering how much they charge and the quality of the food. All the reviews say the same things so I advise people not to eat here unless they're okay with getting ripped off. We ordered one of their bowls and it looked like they put enough food for a toddler. They should be embarrassed about how little they give and the reviews they're getting on here.

We got the burritos and they were not good in any capacity. The rice was undercooked and not asked for, there was barely any cheese or salsa, and some of the toppings offered costed a lot more extra than necessary. It was not a good quality burrito, and they were too expensive for the size given. I wouldn’t recommend. If you want burritos or good Mexican food, go to burrito boyz or the Mexican house.
