Placed an order Christmas Eve and received an order confirmation. Went to pick up the order and the place was CLOSED!?!?!?!? Originally started to place the order with UberEats for delivery but changed our minds and decided to pick up so I ordered directly from Shawarma Wrap's site so TWO different systems allowed me to place an order EVEN THOUGH THE STORE WAS CLOSED. Trying to support local these days but this is a real turn off...there are lots of other Shawarma places in the area so we will not be going back!

Ordered the Felafel wrap online for pick up.Order was ready shortly after I arrived, service was friendly, wrap was good, nothing remarkable but good.Pros:-great value, $7.30 for a decent size Felafel wrap.-he fried the Felafel fresh for my order, nice touch.Cons:- wrap was a little thin, I ordered everything on it, and it had very little lettuce or other toppings.Worth a Try just ask for extra lettuce and other toppings if you aren't there when they make it.

I have had food from this restaurant a few times as it is close to my home. The staff are polite and effective and the food very tasty. For a real treat try the house made baklava!

Prices have gone up but the quality has plummeted. Our meal tonight was dreadful: mostly soggy rice and tasteless. Even the hummus was lacking flavour and came with only one pita even though we ordered a large additional hummus. So disappointing after all the years we have enjoyed the food from this place.

It used to be a good place to eat, but now there’s new people and they’re charging more. The food doesn’t even taste that good anymore.
We used to love this place, good price and good food, but they have new people working there now and they consistently mess up our order every time. At first I thought it was because they are new or something, but it's been going on for a while now so I just won't be going back. It's not a good price if you are not getting what you asked for.

I’ll never goto this place again! We went to this place to eat and they messed up our order 3 times the sinks weren’t working in the bathroom, A part of my kafta was raw and the meat is already stored and cook they only have to fry it and it’s done. The food had no taste or flavour the garlic sauce was the only thing that had flavour but it looked like jail food, it was a bunch of slob that they would slap down. I don’t recommend going to this place.
