I changed my review from a 5 star to 1 today because it was literally the worst experience I've ever had using the shelbys website (which I already dislike to begin with). Truly dissapointed in shelbys oakridge :( I've had some past good experiences but today but just so bad the overall service & whole experience.
Service was amazing!!! They told me the chicken will take 5 minutes extra, and they felt really bad and apologized to me constantly and did their best to provide the most amazing service possible for my family and I. We enjoyed it a lot

Ask for Nikita and Harsh and yoi will never regret the Haigh and right customer service, my experience is based on me trying to make an order on phone while driving, and no other branches were willing to listen t0bme and all they say, go online, and when I arrived they were able t0 share with me their opinion on different platters, and guess what ? Instead of two sandwiches , I wwnt out woth family bite box and two cheese sandwiches... that's called customer service and that's the right expectations from a brand like shelbeys.
Below average shawarma personally won't be going back.

Beware their Cauliflower maqlouba, they ask you if you want chicken or beef then they fill it with Cauliflower and barely add any chicken to it.This branch specifically never fails to disappoint, they're charging $17 for rice bowl filled with Cauliflower and few grams of shawarma, seriously I started to feel ripped off everytime I buy from Shelbys, the management needs to do something , I feel that shelbys management only cares about selling their brand rather than keeping quality food and service.
