First time coming here as I recently moved to ontario, and I'm happy to say this was a great first impression for this location. Steph was friendly, kind, welcoming and overall amazing another associate who I didn't get the name of was also great! Talked about work, what our plans were for the evening. Thank you for a Great experience :)
I came in to the store last night and I had to mention my wonderful experience. Rowan at the drive thru was so funny and pleasant. She even took the extra steps to putting our pastries and napkins in a bag. Thank you so much!

Today I ordered at this location and Steph made me my hot chocolate. I watched her handle multiple tasks at once while making my drink with care and a smile on her face. When handing me my perfect hot chocolate she told me she made it with “extra love” and she made my entire day. Steph deserves the world and she is not only doing fantastically in her position but also connecting with every customer in the store.
