Disappointing. Essentially a large take out counter/Uber eats depot occupying a prime corner. Would be a nice location, but there is no seating at all and they seem to be running 80% Uber eats deliver orders. I don't expect much from Starbucks, but was still surprised at how totally impersonal this location was. Profits over people.

It's a Starbucks and it's good but why take out the seating in such a massive location? I was there from out of town (though I used to live in London) and had a plan for a date to meet me there for coffee during a rainy day...got there only to find no seating and had to change our plans. The staff was nice and the drinks made fast but was really disappointed.

Starbucks cafe located in downtown London. Great service! It was the only Starbucks, in London, that had the Christmas blend coffee. When I called to confirm, they had put my coffee on hold and they even gave me a free snowman cookie when I picked it up.

Winter Colours
Always a great place. Staff are so helpful and great… but this moment really stuck with me, having experienced the opposite on many occasions.Went in and… there was a homeless /mentally ill/addicted gentleman sitting inside near the entrance, more or less peacefully. He had several empty food wrappers in his hand. Clearly people had been buying him things…He began to get a bit agitated… the (manager?) Person I’ve never seen before in fancy shoes and nice clothes came out from the back and just knelt beside him and tried to talk to him the whole time I was waiting for my drink. It was graceful and gentle and I imagine he’d probably called the authorities by this point… butEven if it was self preservation- it was handled as well as I could have imagined. When fancy man came over the agitated man just calmed and spaced out and what have you but fancy kept calm and just let the poor guy stare and point… didn’t try to force a reaction or anything else.I have so much sympathy for people in both positions - it was just such a soothing sight. I’ve seen such situations handled in much worse ways.The man really wasn’t responding but was enamoured by fancyman none the less. Fancy kept just quietly asking now and again… “hey friend… hey. You okay?”I couldn’t help but say thank you for such a graceful Ah of handling things.

The workers here are always very nice! It is quite a busy location so it is very understandable when there is a wait. I've never had a problem with my order being wrong or anything.Dietary restrictions: They have many options for diabetics.
