It’s my usual Starbucks I go to. Love the coffee always everyone is always so nice. I just had an issue recently with myDrink, it wasn’t made right the first time but they adjusted it just fine and it was ok after. I went to my car and just decided this wasn’t exactly good and I really overthinked about it and just decided to come back in and get a new drink. The employee was super nice about it and the new drink I got was great!. However, I seen her point to me and I might’ve (might’ve!, I could’ve heard wrong) say “I hate this guy” to her co coworkers. I barely just saw the finger pointing it was just behind the espresso machine. that’s truly the reason why I’m giving it a 4 star, obviously I wasn’t supposed to see that or hear that and I can understand the frustration about the whole situation, we’re onlyHuman and yeah we have emotions and anger, just for that reason though I’m giving it a 4 star because regardless I was right there and it’s rude to talk about someone like that right in front of them, I get it can be frustrating sometimes and it’s totally reasonable to complain about someone just don’t do it when they’re still there that’s all. Other than that, this Starbucks is an absolute 10/10, service and the drinks are always 100% and the employees are always very nice and helpful with good attitudes. This Starbucks is very unique in that way, and is my favourite.

Waited 10 minutes for a cold brew that was then made incorrectly. Constantly the slowest Starbucks franchise in the city.
Not only they messed up my drink, instead of making a new one they gave the adjuestment on the side so I can do it myself, you can check the little cup in the pictures, I ended up throwing the drink in garbage and just left, it was my first and last time to that location. The other drink was suppose to be Caramel mac, but Its just something hot lol. Anyways decent location to sit and drink, and that is if they make good drinks. You can probably tell what kind of starbucks it is by looking at other reviews.
