I literally never take the time to review places but this place is something else! Every Tuesday we stop at this location on the way to my daughter’s soccer game. Today we ordered through the app. We ordered 3 subs. One was made correctly. One was made mostly correct, there was a few miscellaneous onions even though we ordered none, but I chalked it up to some falling into the lettuce, so we just picked them off. The third one was made with no sauces at all ( I had ordered mayo, chipotle and ranch). I called to tell them about the error and the worker argued with me that she had made it correctly. She said I needed to bring it back to have it corrected. I explained that we were on our way to my daughter’s soccer, therefore I was unable to return. She continued to argue. I asked to speak with someone else. The next worker continued to tell me that it was made correctly, and that if it was wrong I needed to bring it back. I explained again that wouldn’t be possible, and said I would bring a picture next time to prove what I was saying. I asked to speak with a manager and he hung up on me. I called back again and he said he would reach out to the manager and call me back in 5 minutes. No call ever came. All I was looking for was a simple acknowledgment of the error and for it to be fixed. I don’t think that’s asking much. There are too many Subway locations to settle for this one!

I called 3 separate Subways and none of them were willing to sell bread by itself. I called these guys and they said “no problem”. Best service ever! Shout out the nice lady who helped me achieve my goal of bread.

the girl name Ayushi is the rudest worker i ever got experienced with. She really needs to learn communication skills with coworkers. She was extremely rude and it was so loud that we could hear her speaking. She was yelling on the guy who helped us. This js ridiculous. I noticed this is third review on her. So it better someone takes some level of accountability from her. She cannot talk like this with anyone around her.

Food is sub par, staff seem unhappy and uninterested in there job. Worst of all is there non existing customer support. The app needs major overhaul so as to not scam customers out of money.

4 online orders-- asked for no cores got tomatoes pictured and worse. The time before they were brownOne order was the turkey bacon and they didn't include bacon. When I called to complain they told me to drive across the city with my sandwichs so they could add bacon ?‍♂️Then another online order I asked for extra pickles. I received 4 pickles on the entire sandwichHalf the time there's a 5-6 person line up and only one person working while the second person is in the back avoiding customers.Manager doesn't do anything to satisfy customer complaints and their mistakes. Avoid this place and definitely don't bother to place orders online. It is obvious these people are not capable of reading English. They truly suck really bad.

I have to say this location is clean, the staff are so friendly, and go above and beyond! They have everything ready to go, and fresh as early as 9:30! The earlier you go the fresh hot bread you’ll get! I always choose this location!

I have been a customer at this place for a long time, however, today I had a displeasure experience , and I must say it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered. It's evident that the two employees working today had absolutely no clue about how to provide decent customer service. I would strongly advise anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience to steer clear of this Subway location until they educate and improve their staffing and service quality.
