The employees were very friendly and helpful, but the food just wasn't great. Not their fault - I'm fairly sure that Tahini's ingredients and sauces just aren't that good. It wasn't a convenient location to get into either.

I have shopped here a few times now. It seems that they have changed staff and management. Service was alright however I remember when there was female staff - they were kinder and the food seemed better. Still very solid chain food restaurant if you crave mediterrean food.

Some of the worst customer service i have ever experienced. The place was dead with 4 employees inside and it takes them 10 minutes to start an order for a fast food joint. After 10 minutes when the girl came around the corner and took my order, i had to ask people working behind the counter, not in uniform, if anyone was working. I was met with a rude reply that they are working... 4 of them... when the girl finally came out she was glued to her cell phone.

Today was the first time I had the chance to try Tahini food. I have wanted to try it for the longest time.The menu is amazing and I asked a customer in the restaurant and he explained to me the platter he ordered for his basketball team today.I ordered the chicken shawarma plate and plan to return again in the future.
