Came in during lunch on a week day. Food was good and at a reasonable price. Service was also really good. Also really liked the privacy that the booths provide.

From Korean standards to sushi this place always delights. Fresh fish, and charming private cozy closed booths by the windows. Charming and delicious every time!Parking: Not many spaces but plenty next door at Tim Horton's.

very cute spot! love the privacy in the booths it’s so cozy. the hostess was very sweet and made sure to check in on us but also gave us our time. the food was great and the presentation was too! recommend if you want good priced sushi and good atmosphere, was a lot cheaper than a lot of other places for same quality!

I use to come here all the time when I lived in London (2/3 years ago). My only question is.. what happened ? :( This restaurant was one of my favourite spots. The teriyaki beef now tastes like it’s drenched in Soya sauce, the miso soup was so salty I could only stomach half. The waitress serving us was lovely, but it’s definitely not the same restaurant it once was.

Food is wonderful delivery was fairly quick. When we eat inside I love the old style building and the atmosphere is so much fun. Clean place and wonderful food.

I love Japanese food and visited this restaurant and ordered some Ramen, Tempura and Karaage Chicken. Server was really nice guy and he was quick too. Food vice this place was average.Ramen veg wasn’t cooked enough(green Peas),Tempura was bit soggy,And Karaage Chicken wasn’t seasoned at all. They can do better with such big place.

Yesterday we went to dinner with my husband his ordered beef bibimbap , tuna maki sushi all the food was delicious so much so that today we came back.It is the best sushi I have been able to eat in London. My husband today ordered salmon poke bowl and dragon and California sushi. Everything was very tasty and fresh. The attention was very good. Everyone is very friendly. ? the best

We have not been in London for 3 1/2 years. We used to live here, and when we visited Take’ sushi was a restaurant we would visit on several occasions during our stay. I ordered Bibimbap, a dish I have had in many cities. The one I had tonight was so bad I had to throw it out. It was mostly rice. The veggies were carrots, cucumber and yes corn and peas. Even the hot sauce could not save it. The only explanation that makes sense is that it has changed ownership and the new owner is not familiar with this Korean dish. As far as I am concerned this is another casualty from the pandemic. The rather large extensive menu should have been a hint that something was wrong.

This was my first time dining in and I really enjoyed it! We were sat at one of the several booths by the window that have a nice, private atmosphere where the curtains can be closed if you'd like! The staff were all very friendly. Lots of variety on the menu and my Baby Godzilla Roll was a piece of art!

This place gives the vibes you're back in 2002. Nice booths and seating area. Avocado roll was good, our Korean soups with rice were better than ok. Good service as well. Not so accessible friendly and could use a cleaning day.

This was the most disappointing online order ever. We used to love take sushi and now it is garbage. Highly priced and everything tastes different than it used to. The tempura crispy topping feels like you are eating sawdust, the spicy mayo taste like it has been sitting out for days. The beef in the udon noodles was flavourless and ground together, sesame balls are much smaller than before.... The mango rolls used to have this lovely yellow drizzle on them....everything was terrible and for that reason I am sad to say I will never order again. So disappointed to fall out of love with a place that we used to adore. We ate it because we were starving and paid a lot for it. Never again.

Our experience at Take Sushi Wellington is awesome as always. Fraye who assisted us was amazing! She is very warm and accommodating. She welcomed us with a big smile, our orders came in time, and she made sure that our dining experience was awesome when we visited today, March 28, 2023. I believe it’s with the natural hospitality of Filipinos. She is an outstanding employee! Keep it up, Fraye. Thanks, Take Sushi Wellington for this awesome dining experience.

We have enjoyed both take out and dining in at Take Sushi for the past several years. Tonight’s experience regretfully was a disaster and we won’t return. The restaurant wasn’t busy but it took a very long time to get our drinks order. After another excruciatingly long pause they brought out the hot dish, just one of the two (?)ordered, before appetizers, soups and sushi.Another 20 min later the second missing hot dish finally appeared, tempura appetizer never showed up:(We had to ask repeatedly for everything that should have been on the table already, eg soya sauce, plates, napkins, etc.Kitchen must have been understaffed and the server, though polite, was clearly in need of better training.Food tasted good but the overall chaos and long wait time totally ruined the mood of the evening.

The food was ok. Tasted alot blander then I had anticipated. Visually it is appetizing, but lacks flavour once it is actually mushing about in your mouth. The atmosphere is nice though and really private. The price is right fo the food... although that depends on whether or not you like rice as I think they bank on you feeling full from it.
