We placed an order for 9 drinks that was over 100$ through Uber Eats and an hour later they cancelled our order that was not our fault. I then called the store to ask what happened and the girl on the phone was not at all apologetic and in fact blamed us for the cancellation. Absolutely no customer service and all. We will never order from this company again.

Have been to this Alley location several times and each time the drinks have always disappointed. The branch in Mississauga is 5 stars. This one isn’t making the drinks properly, either poorly trained staff or they’re using the wrong ingredients. Milk tea has no tea flavors, texture of jellies off, and the consistency/thickness of snow velvet drinks way off. Last milk tea I had this week was all watery, for a $8 drink! Would ask for a replacement drink but can’t wait another 15 minutes for them to make a new one. Very disappointing and would not recommend. Chatime or Gong Cha are much better.

my favorite bubble tea place in london! my go to order is the deerioca taro. sooooo gooood ? hopefully, there will be an option in the future to upsize the deerioca drinks. i would order two but it’s too much so would be nice to maybe have a bigger

Unfortunately I took my son there. It was his first visit today. I don’t like the tapioca in my drinks and always get my drink without them. Today the girl refused to make the drink without them!!! She said they are not allowed to, and that they get into trouble for not putting the tapioca in the drink. She stated couldn’t change the recipe! I’ve never heard anything so absurd! I have Uber orders that I have made previously which show ‘no tapioca’ and it’s never been an issue. I’ve also bought drink there and asked for no tapioca.So I walked out without any drink! Clearly they’d rather a paying customer leaves the store without purchasing then to make a drink with the tapioca balls! Unfortunately I will not be going again and will take my business where they ‘allow’ you to have a drink the way you like it!
I just love the aesthetic of this shop. This is my to go to spot for boba tea!

If it was not the bad attitude of the girl at the counter it would definitely be a 5 star. We visited the store at around 8:30 - 8:40 pm on Saturday on 30 December 2023 at the store in London Ontario just becoz my wife praised it. When we were placing the order the girl at the counter was not at all welcoming (don’t know what was wrong with her) felt she was just racist. The 2 gentleman at the store were so good and had a smiling face. The girl was arrogant and had a bad attitude. This was not the customer service I was expecting. Never returning to this store ever again and recommend others as well. How much ever good product you have you lost us. I hope she changes her attitude. Arrongt girl

Bubble tea is super tasty, staff is always super friendly but in a calm and quiet way, and the space is clean and orderly.
