This was our first time visiting this neighborhood restaurant. We were very impressed by the food! We were a party of four and all 4 people thought the food was outstanding. The restaurant was busy but server was attentive. TV feed disappointing( Leafs were on a 1 TV not working). Atmosphere could be better if decor updated. Felt a bit basement like but food made up for any lacking in atmosphere.

We stopped in for lunch. Service was a bit slow but I totally understand as the place was very busy. Ordered the lamb burger. Was disappointed, could not taste the difference between the lamb burger meat and the burger my partner ordered. Fries are tasty and were well seasoned. I’m sure next time we’ll enjoy it more as it’s a great restaurant with great options from the menu.

Went for a friend's birthday there was 16-18 of us and the restaurant was busy aswell. The staff CRUSHED it drinks quickly and everyone got what they ordered food came fast aswell and WAS SOO GOOD!!! Such a nice variety of food choices for me the build a burger is what makes this place next level. Definitely recommend as a repeat customer

Food was tasty and atmosphere was good. Service was adequate, but not as good as previous visits. There seemed to be to few servers. Additionally, while waiting for a table you were given a numbered card. When a table opened up, the person on the front counter had to waste a good deal of time trying to find the ticket holder. Upgrade this system to an electronic one for the sake of the waiting customers.Update: came back for lunch in December 2022. Was able to get a table for 9 with no issues as I arrived as the restaurant opened. Great service and food. Had a friendly lunch with great atmosphere.

Yesterday I came to the bungalow for my first time. A friend invited me for his birthday dinner and there were 18 people total joining us. Apparently my friend was told they do not take reservations, however he proceeded to invite the group anyhow. When we arrived we were told that they only had 2 servers on for the night and they would still try their best to accommodate us. Being in the restaurant industry myself I expected that service would be a little slower, but I was wrong.The waitress Danika and the kitchen were amazing. All our food was brought quickly and accurately and tasted great. The staff here are pros at what they do and really know how to make the best of a stressful situation. Although I was not sure why this restaurant does not take reservations, the experience was great regardless.

We were recommended this restaurant by a friend, and my wife and I were thoroughly impressed! Although we were a bit disappointed to learn that they had discontinued their bison burger, our experience with the pickle chips, J&W smash burger, and "nicky-john" burger more than made up for it. Each dish was crafted to perfection; I appreciated the light batter that wasn't overly greasy. Despite the busy atmosphere, the service was exceptional. We're already planning our next visit to sample more items from the menu.Parking: Probably around 10-ish parking spots located behind and beside the restaurant, was able to find parking 1st try.

I went here years ago and was blown away with the food. Decided since I was in London for my birthday I’d go there to celebrate. Had my family with me. We waited over an hour and half for our food and thank god we ordered my toddlers meal first or this experience would have been worse. Our server was polite but wasn’t concerned to communicate why people who came in after us was being served their food and leaving after we were there still waiting for ours. When my wife inquired about a bday surprise flat out in front of the whole table “unless you want to pay for a dessert we don’t do anything for people’s bday..” When the bill is over 300$ dollars and they had zero explanation or apology for being so long serving our food. I suggest to anyone reading this to go elsewhere for your bday what a massive let down. My next birthday I can assure will be better because I won’t be going here!
